They don't listen to the customer. I took a page with photo requirements, they didn't bother to read it. I wanted a digital picture, they gave me a picture with the border when instructions clearly said no border. The borders were also tilted. I had to drive back to the store to get a picture in the flashdrive. They charged me again for a new flashdrive instead of giving me the picture in my existing flashdrive. They were asking me to pay for 2 more physical pictures which I didn't need plus when I had already paid 2 physical pictures that morning. Overall bad experience but yes the pictures didn't get rejected.

Passport photo review only. Don’t come here for your passport photos. They altered our photos beyond the quality standards and were rejected. Found out that they’re not supposed to change the brightness and the measurements were way off. $18 for 2 tiny prints x 4 ppl! Went to another location and they did the same.

Avoid this place at all costs. I've had this Walgreens as my pharmacy for 6 years, and there's not one time they haven't messed something up with my prescriptions. Everything from long waits to providing me with the wrong dosages. It's mind blowing these people call themselves pharmacists. No wonder Walgreens is shutting down. Luckily, I have now found a different pharmacy.

Thank you Travis, for juggling between the Photo Booth and the register while other locations dump their workload on this location.

This is one of the worst Walgreens I've ever had the misfortune of shopping at. I was just in line at the pharmacy, the next person in line. When my turn came up, they told me they were currently closed for lunch. Terrible customer service. I was in line before their lunch period as stated was to start, and similarly at the front of the line before that time. This store is why their business is doing poorly, and this.company is doing nothing to change its poor and deserved public opinion.

Been waiting for my prescription for about 20 minutes now. In that time I’ve overheard 2 people complain about problems with their prescriptions, being: a strange pill not matching others in the same bottle with and a women given the incorrect amount of medication

Provably the worst service I have had by far.. came in and got some photos printed for work and the guy at the counter sat there took a call first ignored me then said he won't print my recipe. I wanted to return 2 they turned out horrible. Will be going else where. Not worth time nor effort. Also staff not friendly like they used to be they are just chatting and standing around ?

Terrible customer service. I don't mind waiting on a script. I am aware there can be long lines as well. However my daughter had a surgery and required medications afterward to help her body do what it needed to. I knew I needed to stop there and get her meds but didn't know the exact names or how many. She also has prescriptions filled there regularly so when I picked up all of her meds they did not tell me that there was one that they were unable to fill. If they had I would have immediately started finding where I could get it filled but I was not informed. This was a pretty important prescription for her recovery. She was not progressing as expected so we went back and reviewed her discharge info and realized there was a missing medication. I called them and they said they had no prescriptions for her. I dug a bit deeper to see if they had filled the script at any point. They then saw the script for that medication and said well we don't have it in stock that is why it didn't get filled. They had the prescription but couldn't fill it and they told no one. They didn't even do an email notification. I am very angry to be honest. One simple step would have made a big difference. Communication!!!!

I'm not sure if they have a new pharmacist. Nam was awesome - but the new guy is certainly not. My wife had a dental treatment scheduled for which she needed sedation, and her dentist prescribed her 2 distinct sedatives because she really needs them to get through procedures. The new pharmacist here was suspicious of this for some reason and told my wife, with severe dental anxiety, that she should "pick one of the two drugs only" because the pharmacy could not call and verify the dental office after hours. He's not a doctor - he can't tell a patient to miss half of their required and prescribed meds. This was tremendous stress for us, and the dentist responding after hours was the only thing that got her the meds on time. The other staff are wonderful here - but the new pharmacist is the worst.

Shoutout to Nam for always being kind and friendly whenever I go to the pharmacy! I scheduled a Covid and flu vaccine appointment for today and didn’t have a long wait. Thank you Nam for helping me stay healthy!

I am about the last person you’ll ever find giving a 1 star review because even at their worst, I am willing to give most places the benefit of the doubt. This Walgreens is a 1 star experience and there’s no way around it. I got extremely sick and needed to take a covid test. I had heard from friends that most places around here have stopped doing in person testing except urgent care, but I didn’t want to pay $250 for an urgent care visit. However I was advised to look into CVS and Walgreens. I contacted CVS and was told they no longer were doing them. I then contacted this Walgreens location and was told they were. I asked to make an appointment and was told to do so online. I went to the Walgreens website and was able to book an appointment for a covid test in about 3 hours from that time. Fast forward, I get there about 20 minutes before my appointment and go to the pharmacy area as the appointment booking info advised. There’s one person in line talking to the struggling employee behind the counter who looks like they don’t particularly know what they are doing. I stood patiently in line and watched a couple employees walk by multiple times. The line behind me started building. The person behind the counter is still looking stressed and struggling and no other employee is helping. Eventually a line of 5 or 6 people grows and 15 minutes pass and a second employee who walked by probably 10 times finally goes to the computer and asks me to come forward. They asked me for some information and what I was there for. I told them I was there to do a covid test. They told me they no longer offer in person testing… I explained that I called and was told they do and on top of that I made an appointment online. They responded by telling me “maybe they thought you wanted a vaccine shot. But we’re not doing those either anymore.” So I’m pretty exhausted and annoyed and I asked why the website says they do testing and why I’m able to book an appointment for something they don’t do. They shrugged their shoulders. So they just basically let a really sick person stand in line for 15 minutes and didn’t care. At this point the only thing I could think was to see if they had rapid covid tests. I then asked if they had covid tests and they literally answered saying I don’t know. Extremely frustrated at this point I said, ok if you had covid tests, where would they be and they looked and pointed me a few aisles away. As I started walking away towards what was definitely the wrong aisle, a nice customer who overheard the conversation advised me that he had just walked by some rapid covid test kits down a completely different aisle. I thanked him and found them and moved forward. P.S. i tested negative twice after all that. But long story short, this Walgreens is miserable, the staff is unfriendly and doesn’t care or have knowledge of their jobs. The other reviews on here are not lying. This location really is bad. I genuinely hate giving 1 star reviews but I can’t possibly find a way around it this time.

Longest phone wait, love that they say you can turn off the music. only for it to last a minute then start playing the same 24 seconds of the saddest most kill yourself music. can't mute it because then you can't hear when ever they decide to pick up the phone. Hope they go the way of Rite Aid.
