WARNING: DO NOT CHOOSE Wells Fargo for business account needs. WF failed to set up my account properly 4+yrs ago so they ask just asked me 4+ yrs later to fill out a missing beneficiary form. I did so at the branch as soon as received the one and only letter in the mail (did not even receive a phone call warning). The branch staff was friendly but "loss prevention" aka the virtual customer service teams still could not lift the hold on our account after spending hours trying to reach the proper dept via WF CS lines to find someone to fix the issue. Only to have them still close my business accounts without proper communication back to me, leaving us in a lurch, forcing us to open a new business account elsewhere to ensure our business transactions are uninterrupted, because they no longer want my business due to a paperwork mistake created by themselves! I am spending days of work to set up all new accounts elsewhere and redo all our ACH bill payments. Even the branch associates complain of getting proper help for their customers due to lack of system processes and escalations. I have never experienced such disregard, lack of ethics, and disrespect to customers from a bank. Avoid WF at all costs!!! No stars but this forces me to select a star!

The woman had an attitude w/ me because she could CLEARLY see I was frustrated waiting in line for 20 mins with 3 tellers but only 1 actually helping people. They just let the line build up. Sorry it’s not my job to feel bad for you because youre “short staffed” go work somewhere else if you can’t handle it. I’m a single mom. The least you could do was cash a check without a horrible attitude and barely speaking loud enough knowing there’s a plastic barrier. ?

UNETHICAL TELLERS.I witnessed an old man with cash requesting the teller to make a deposit into someone else's account; for rent or something similar. The Teller said cash can't be used to make a deposit into another person's account, but using a check is allowed; personal or cashier's (she doesn't disclose the $10 fee for a cashier's check). The man, baffled by the process, politely asked for a cashier's check. The Teller, when the check was ready, told the man it'll be an extra $10 to cover the cost of the check. The frustrated man complained about the undisclosed fee, loud enough to get the supervisor's attention. The supervisor decided to waive the fee as a one-time courtesy.NOTE: It was about a 10-minute long process. The whole time the man was expressing his confusion at the fact that a bank wouldn't accept his cash out right and forced him to use either a personal or cashier's check.

Drove from a branch that was closer to my house to come to this branch. Friendly, helpful, kind. Thank you to both my teller and personal baker for making this interaction pleasant and seamless!

Staff are nice and friendly, but the manager isn’t friendly and helpful, didn’t seem to have a sense of urgency.

Bankers are nice but this place is severely under staffed. Not uncommon to have upwards of 20 people waiting in line and have waits upwards of 30 minutes just for basic teller transactions

Wow. This wells fargo was terrible when I tried to make a business account.They have to know about it. Customer’s time is money… we finally made a business account at the us bank.

Horrible customer service, I jave been waiting to get help for like 30 minutes, employees just looking at me, not asking if I need help or saying someone will be with you in a moment, just being ignored for so long and it's just so inconvenient to waste time just sitting here with no service.I hope I don't get a fake response say something like we are sorry, like no all your reviews are bad, GET IT TOGETHER

This is not the bank for everyone. However it appears that they may only cater to certain people? I would be mortified if I ever have to return to that banking site again. I’ll keep my car fueled and pass this location quickly. Im so grateful we have other banking options.

I tried to make an appointment online at the Renton branch. Site said an appointment could not be made at this branch. I’ve made appointments in the past. They don’t answer the phone.

Horrible Customer Service! Long waits and Rude tellers and security guard! I would Never recommend this place to Anyone! There are better bank locations that treat customers Better!!!
