My auntie sent me a personal check from out of state and I was worried I would not be able to cash it anyplace, but Moneytree handled it - and the fee wasn't too terrible - only 7% of the total amount. Could have been much worse, considering. I'm glad these guys exist for us.

Very rude and bigoted people. Gary doesn't like Muslims with the name Mohammad. Calls aren't recorded when calling the people so BE PREPARED, if you're looking for a service that despises immigrants this is your place. Steven the manager seemed unbothered as well, either Gary does this all the time or Steven is a slow manager. Let corporate know about your experiences, 1-800-745-1011. Salaam alaikum Gary

After assuring me that service King's authorized BMW technician would be working on my mini Cooper, it was sent to big O tires. I was unaware of this and did not find out until after the car was returned. Big O tires lacked the tools to work on my car. I was given my car back with the check engine light and drive train light on, and was told by the supervisor at service king that he was unable to clear the codes and that I needed to take it to the mini dealership. This was after reassuring me that their BMW technician and house would be working on my car. He then told me that they had too many vehicles coming in and we're excepting too much work, and that was why they were sending vehicles to big O tires. Again I never okayed that. Worst service vehicle wise that I've ever had in my entire life. I filed a detailed complaint with Geico and they were none too happy about what this service company did. After two weeks they gave me back a vehicle that was just as broken as when they got it, and essentially told me good luck.

After over 5 years I am done coming to this location, the worse customer service by the agent that treat customers like shit, treat your customers with respect and dignity they that deserves!

Tellers are amazingly kind even after some of the customers are just being shitty towards them! If you got an attitude go to Walmart lol
