I showed up at this Western Union at QFC, on NE 4th because the online info said they closed at 10pm, when I arrived the Customer Service lady was as rude as she could be in telling me how their Western Union closed at 8pm and always has. She also informed me on how lucky I was the last time I was there I was lucky she even accepted my "Dirty Change" as currency. When I asked to speak to a manager to correct the situation I was approached by an individual by the name of "Brian" who also very rudely backed up this customer service representative At QFC. All my transactions, are important. These ppl managed to disrespect me by treating me like I wasn't even worth their time. I tried unsuccessfully to contact their district office to file official complaint. I will continue to try until I get through to them that this is not how you treat people, wether your a customer, guest, or host. Overall Worst Customer service experience I have ever had.
