Derrick gave me great service. He fixed my phone issue quickly and efficiently. I left happy with a functional phone. I would give his service a rating of 10 out of 10.

It takes forever to get anything done. The wait time was over 30 mins for a simple box drop off. It is not the fault of staff. It is how the company systems are. If possible avoid visiting the store and get things done online or over phone.

When you've been a customer for over 20 years and they're not willing to work at cost savings on just internet.. really $90 a month. I went T-Mobile got the modem and better service than Xfinity could ever offer me for half price no contract. Good-bye! Xfinity
