They gave me a different price than the one I agreed upon over the phone. Tyler was unwilling to help me at all, and was kind of rude about it. Wasted my day and time.

Wish I could do 0 stars. I had the worst experience ever being brand new to Renton and coming to this location. Tyler the assistant manager would not sell me Internet for the real price and tried to up charge me an extra $40 and I came to that location 3 times and spoke with many reps and i just felt disrespectful and I was disappointed in Tyler and the location. I go to tukwila and I was helped with no issues and got internet at the correct price. Shame on you guys for trying to scam customers and up charge people for no reason. Sell us the internet for the correct price like…..

It takes forever to get anything done. The wait time was over 30 mins for a simple box drop off. It is not the fault of staff. It is how the company systems are. If possible avoid visiting the store and get things done online or over phone.

When you've been a customer for over 20 years and they're not willing to work at cost savings on just internet.. really $90 a month. I went T-Mobile got the modem and better service than Xfinity could ever offer me for half price no contract. Good-bye! Xfinity

I went in to get another remote since my puppy chewed up the one I had.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted and received help right away! I was in and out of there in less than 5 mins.

I was bringing in a pair of old boxes trying to just swap them out and was helped by Marcelis (I apologize if I spelled his name wrong). He took my information and said he'd be back in a couple of minutes. He returned with two new boxes with remotes and had me on my way within minutes. He was an overall well presented Man that knew what he was doing and didn't have to ask a bunch of questions over and over. I feel Marcelis should be recognized for his work, overall appearance and knowledge. I forgot to add I'm not the customer, I was helping my Brother out and it didn't matter, Marcelis got me what I needed and it was fast and painless. Thank you
