Never dropped your trailer on weekends they are closed I dropped my trailer on sunday night it was scheduled for Monday morning but they said your trailer will unload on monday night now I already spend 24 hrs my trailer still not ready for pickup

If i could give them -5 stars i will do it. I had an appointment at 00:30 and i was there at 11:45, with 45 minutes before the app. I recover my empty trailer after 24 hours. Because that i lost a load way to my home(over de weekend) , so my vacancy plans are gone…AVOID this Facility if you don’t want a big headache!!!

most incompetent company i ever dealt with. don't communicate deliveries, don't deliver scheduled deliveries, cannot locate orders in their warehouse, don't offer resolutions. I am missing multi-thousand dollar construction order and they did not provide any steps to try to resolve it

This is the worst delivery company I've ever had.They messed up delivery 3 times (once said they didn't have authorization, second time made some excuse about not having right parts, and then just 'they might scratch my walls).All of this was approved and paid for by LG.They've lied (repeatedly, both drivers and customer service)they've hung up on me while putting me on 'hold'It just keeps going, 0 accountability for anyone in this company, they just say they'll do something and then you never hear from them again.Cancelling my order after a month and a half, and at least 20 hours on there customer support phone.useless

After reading reviews I didn’t want to come to this place. Well far from the truth. Nothing happen to my reefer and the people where nice. Fast unloading and was able to go around the street and park to sleep. Keep up the good work.

DRIVERS BE WARNED:Dropped off my trailer 10 hours early. They tell me I have never checked in so they did not load it and it's time to pick it up. Instead of 10PM tonight now we have to wait until 6AM tomorrow? That's how they correct a mistake? Now I'll be getting in extra late so I'll be missing yet another day of driving while I'm over the road, unpaid, losing money, and time. I swear these shippers and receivers need to be regulated HARD! If it's not the brokers screwing us up, it's the shipper/receiver.

Google should have Zero Star option. This company is insane. My fridge has been rescheduled multiple times when i needed for my new tenant. 11/19,11/24/11/29 now 12/3... they keep delaying saying there is no truck going on my delivery route... what? then why did you promise to make delivery each of date above? I do business myself and I do whatever it takes to satisfy customer even it means losing money on my side. I'm so stressed out right now...

I would give 0 star if there's such an option. With them you never know when they will deliver. My delivery has been rescheduled three times and even now I still haven't got the shipment. They use weather as an excuse but actually during the second time they failed to deliver, the truck driver has already loaded my shipment on the truck. However because he's not able to delivery someone else's goods, which blocks mine inside the truck, he just goes back to the warehouse and calls it a day without letting me know. I waited for the whole morning and first half of the afternoon in the dark, didn't know what's going on until I call them. The time I call is around 2:30pm, and the warehouse is only 15 mins away from me. I ask if it's possible for the driver to unload the blocking stuff and come back out to my home again. The answer is simply a " there is no way". I expect some apologies for such failure, however they don't feel sorry at all and sound like I am begging them.The overall experience is very bad. The local driver is very unprofessional, so are the many people I deal with in XPO's central service center. It's unfortunate that I couldn't control which freight company to use when I made the purchase with the merchant. I want people to see this Google review and try to avoid this company as much as they can.
