Who doesn't love family owned business? Anderson's has a clean, organized store with great folks caring for it.

Their customer service was excellent, the weather was hot, but inside the shop was the best temperature and felt good

Lovely local grocer with a huge selection and very reasonable prices.

overpriced. Most people who live in area go to Colville or Omak to shop bulk. Only use local for necessities. Employees are kind and it’s not their fault. Owner just takes advantage of the town being in the middle of nowhere.

My parents live in Republic and Anderson's is the only grocery store in town - or for at least an hour drive north or south. I hadn't been for several years but recently 7/09/23 was in town and ran to the store for a few items. The store, while older, was quite neat and clean. The produce looked nice and fresh and they had a really decent selection of items. Running up and down the aisles I checked out the prices to compare to my home area - Seattle - and was actually impressed by the fact that they were honestly comparable. No price gouging here just because they are the only local option. They had quite a wide variety and selection and the only thing I didn't find was my frozen Greek yogurt ice cream bars - which is understandable given the area. The store was literally hopping busy but the cashiers were getting people in and out swiftly and with a smile, a greeting and all the best customer service lines: Did you find everything ok? Was there anything else we could get for you? Have a lovely afternoon! In summary I'd give them 5/5* stars and I have no trouble recommending them if you're in the area. If they don't have it, it's either to kitchy/nouveau or you don't really need it anyways! ?

Overpriced because there is no competition in town. OK for a quick item, but do not buy all your groceries here or you will go broke. Very sad that in a town where the median income is way below halfearn less, the only real grocery store gouges its community.

Nice small town grocery store. They aren't a huge supermarket and won't have everything a Walmart would have but for the basic food and household goods it's a nice store with helpful staff.
