The bald guy was tattoos should not work there… countless people do not even enter the store if they just see him working I saw him asking an old, gray haired man for ID and refusing service, even though he was a regular. Countless times I’ve seen this happen with multiple different old men and women ….At the store, you have many regulars to get denied service only when he works.…. That was the beauty of 7-Eleven is that they’re not like Circle K.…. There’s no law that requires you to ask for the drivers license of an old, gray haired man who’s obviously over 21 just getting his cigarettes in the Morning. Me and countless other people have work at 7:11 for many years. We all know that there is a “ visual ID OK” button…. But he lies to customers and says that it’s company policy to ask everyone for ID when really it’s not.…. I’m not the only one that feels this way.. I’ve never even personally had a problem with him, but I see other customers you are losing a lot of money by having him working there…. He needs to open his eyes.…. You don’t treat regulars that way.…. Regulars. Who give a majority of their income just a 7-Eleven but now they’re gonna go elsewhere.

My bf and I get off work late so around 4am when we want a quick pizzaa get that John here, unlike COURT st 7/11 who “don’t start making pizza until 6am” right well, the Richland 7/11 worker said they’re supposed to make it whenever besides when cleaning the machine but okay.. this 7/11 is clutch and so was the worker.

I went with 2 star because of mocha iced coffee was good before couple weeks ago now watery and tastes spoiled. Yall lost money on that deal just bring back old recipe it's not broke don't fix it

Usually all employees are nice. The guy working at 7p on 7-7 was so rude and mean. Slamming stuff around. Very uncomfortable.

The folks who work at the Wright St. 7-11 are some really good folks. They're friendly, the coffee I get is fresh and not burnt along with their great work ethic. They keep the store clean and really organized. They appear to take pride in their place of employment and it show. Nice work Dan, Dan, Linda and Bob.

Super nice employees, they always say hi to me and my son and have smiles for us. Clean store. Saw a previous comment where it said they didn't respect the mask policy and I find that totally false, they've been in compliance every single time I've gone inside. I live close so I come here often it's very convenient. Recently I tried the app delivery and it was the fastest delivery I've ever had. In 5 years I've never had a single problem here.

Went tonight and kids wanted some donuts for the morning. The tag clearly said 2 for $4. Rang up as $5.98. Showed the lady and she removed the tag and said she can't override. The owner Sak, Sok or Sock (whatever I his name is) won't let them. Granted its less then $2, it's not the point. Wasn't even apologetic.
