Beyond helpful staff!!! They made a miserable experience of me getting locked out of my iphone for weeks, a simple fix within 5 mins and then refused to charge us!! We will be back with all our electronics needs!!! Ty ty to Alpha Computers!!

Marissa saved my day! Was having issues with my iPhone and iPad that I couldn’t figure out and she quickly got them fixed and gave me some helpful tips about Apple products and their security features. Definitely recommend if you need help with any Apple products!

Had an iMac 1 year old slowing down and not being reliable. Took it to Alpha Computer Center in Richland. They diagnosed the problem which was a bad hard drive. They were able to backup all my data and programs despite the disk going bad. The restoration to a new solid state hard drive was perfect! I only had to login to my AppleId. The rest was there!! Absolutely amazing!! I have had other computer companies repair my computers in the past only to have to build back up my platform from the start which is a real pain! Alpha Computer Center went above and beyond in my expectations. My downtime was about 5 days. Excellent job! I will definitely use them for repairing all my Apple products in the future! Thank you so very much!UPDATE 4/8/2024: Had an iPad that was giving us fits. Frank at Alpha Computer went above and beyond diagnosing and fixing it!! (SAME DAY!!) Anyway, now I know why I always bring my Mac computer and iPads to him for his excellent service and extensive knowledge with fixing everything Apple!! Thanks again Frank! You are SUPER!

Super fast service! I dropped off my MacBook laptop around 12 and it was finished within 2 hours. They are very affordable and the service was great. Highly recommend this place!

I have always been happy with the service and expertise of Frank and his team at Alpha Computer. I have been a customer for about 10 years and they have done well fixing the different machines or helping me with IT projects I have needed at my family business of Job's Nursery. This most recent time, I had two iMacs that were running super slow, after trying to diagnose myself, I called, brought them in and they thought it could be the hard drives failing, sure enough after they ran diagnostics it was. They fixed them and I put them back in service within a few days of taking them in. Thank you! I appreciate your hard work.

Alpha Computer Center was incredibly helpful with my damaged MacBook Pro. They made the process seamless, quickly sending my computer to Apple for repair and then finished the file recovery process at their office. Frank and Marissa were very knowledgeable regarding Apple products and super pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Alpha for repairs as well as any technical support you may need with your Apple (and other) products. Thanks Alpha.

They fixed my laptop and then as I was leaving I watched the owner save a bus full of orphan children from a carjacker!!!!! And they disinfected my keyboard ☺️

NEVER TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE. I had an awful experience where I took in my iPhone stuck in a restore/update mode. Otherwise in perfect condition - not a scratch on the phone as I use a screen protector. I paid $54 for the “diagnostic” only for them to say it would cost $600 to repair my iPhone 13 Pro AND they returned it to me with a chip and huge cracks and said “well it doesn’t matter because we looked it up and Verizon wouldn’t take it back anyways.” This was not true!!!! Verizon told me I would have qualified for a upgrade if my screen was not cracked! Worst experience ever. Do not take your phone here!!!!

Recently, it was the first time that I finally took my Mac computer in to have problems fixed. I found the staff to be very good, friendly, and able to fix the problems my computer had. I certainly will go back again if I have future needs.
