I won’t be shopping at Ashley’s again. I will even pay more money to shop somewhere else. I set up a delivery date which was a month away, and the day of delivery i double checked and it was changed for ten days later. So without contacting me at all to even see if my household is available that day, they chose a random day. That is poor business and I will be taking my money elsewhere in the future.Also, when I called they said that the delivery department in charge of date changes frequently doesn’t contact the customer. What type of business does this to their customersEDIT: this business YET AGAIN rescheduled the delivery without informing me. Immediately called for a refund. DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE!!
