They won't except auto payment through debit card, or cash payments onsite. Has to be mailed to them so, if you forget a payment, then they lock you out, and of course, the late fee! Crooks...

The two months we used this storage unit while selling our home and it might be one of the most stressful experiences of our lives. The manager Dee Bockman is running a HUGE scam and you are unable to contact anyone else at the company. We called and requested her manager or the owner and was informed they could not provide that information or pass on a message. We even filed a BBB complaint and requested the business to contact us so we did not have to deal with the (crazy, irrational, rude drunk) manager that is the ONLY point of contact. Even with our request the ONLY one to respond to the complaint was Dee Bockman. Each correspondence was a lie and she accused is of being horrible people. Please note all this stress was to return our lock and receive our deposit. For the LOVE of God all we want to do is return this lock they made us use. She will only allow you to pay via check that is mailed in (multiple people have informed us that she lies and states she never recieved payment and then locks them out), she states you have to give at least a 20 day notice and then changes the code before the end of the month, finally she makes you pay for a lock they provide and the units still get broke into. She is robbing people blind.

Do not bring your possessions to these facilities! Frequent break ins and extremely poor management . Very shady!

If I could give zero stars, I would! I was charged a late fee for a payment they claimed they didn't receive until the 16th which I in fact mailed on the 1st! and have proof, I even offered to email it to them to get rid of the late fee. Which they refused. The manager then claimed that it takes 11 days to process any mail going from pasco to richland. Which is a lie! I was told I was "delusional" and the man who I signed the lease with was fired for being an alcoholic who was caught giving away free stuff from the storage units!! I was with this company for a year and not once notified of any of this! Nor are they waving the late fee they falsely charged. Needless to say I am taking my business else where. Management is horrible! She needs to learn how to treat her customers, instead of I insulting and calling them names. They need a new system of processing payments.
