Usually, as Spanish speakers, we feel uncomfortable visiting places like yours because we're afraid we won't be understood.The employee who helped me was incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly. He helped me successfully use the voucher code provided by the state to complete my purchase. He also took the time to show me other products in the store and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated his patience and excellent customer service. It made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire experience.”

The shop itself has a wide selection of bikes, parts and accessories. You can even bring your bike in to have it worked on. It was fairly busy, which was so nice to see for a small, local business. “Bought a new bike here and had a GREAT experience! Staff is knowledgeable without being condescending. We went in kind of knowing what we were looking for, but they still let me browse on my own and come to them with questions. They even offered a few tune-ups (after 10 hours of riding and after 60 days) to help my bike out as I start riding.

Pricing was extremely competitive with other stores selling this bike in the area, but I would come back for the staff and service I received. Locally owned and the owner was onsite to show us around.

An added bonus is that they have a super friendly shop cat!
