I love Big 5. They have equipment for team sports at a great price. They always have what we need. As a parent of two active kids, this is a great option when we need new equipment. Kids grow so quickly and change interests so often, that this is the best choice when shopping for gear.

Not sure what the point of having a dressing room is if you can't try anything on. It's not the customer's fault you guys can't be staffed enough to allow people to try on your products.

Horrible customer service. Employees act like they’re too good to answer a simple question. Rather than direct you in the correct direction, they’ll just ignore you and pretend you aren’t there. Definitely recommend you go somewhere else than here.

Had a great experience with the employees working when I went in. They didn't have an item I needed and they got on the phone to their other store to make sure they had it to save me a trip, just in case. You don't see that kind of service anymore, sadly.

Came in just now to buy an air rifle. Three employees standing around talking about their lives. No one said a word to me until they said goodbye as I was heading for the door. No big deal to me. Other stores sell air rifles. Bad service is the norm every time I come to this store. Now I’m done forever.
