We have had one unit for the past 5 years. The place is always well maintained and any issues we have had were resolved very quickly.

I have 3 units here. The online application process is quick and convenient. Rates are reasonable. Units / area are easily accessible, clean, and secure. The monthly auto pay system is easy and convenient. Management is responsive to calls/questions/concerns. Pleased with our choice.

Great facility! Seems like some negative posters on here should've put some stuff in a climate controlled unit.......Store your things properly and you'll have no issues at Butler. Been there for over 2 years. No issues what so ever!

Our couch was destroyed in 6 months of storage by mice nesting. We had to file with our renters insurance for replacement. The whole facility is dirty and feels unsecure. The entire property is gravel which results in dust going into the units and covering everything you own. I do not recommend is the storage facility. I tried uploading videos and pictures of the damage, but there is no option for me to do so.

The whole facility is filthy and unsecure. The lot is 100% gravel which leads to dust covering everything you own. Mice droppings were covering everything we owned in the six months that we stored our goods there and our couch was completely destroyed by nesting. I do not recommend this storage facility unless you're trying to hide a meth lab..

So much for secure storage! Our covered trailer was broken into twice in one month! We reported it to the office with no response. Took it out and patrked it on the street. Do not recommend.

Don't listen to the negative comments. Nitpickers will never be satisfied. I've been using Buttler loop Mini Storage since my dad died when I was 16. The prices are reasonable. The security is perfectly adequate. None of those stupid pointless rules. Just get in and out with your stuff. Simple as can be.

The ladies running this place are super rude. They fraudulently charged my card and even though I have emptied my unit they are still charging me a full month's rent. There are so many better storage facilities in town! Don't waste your time or money dealing with these crooks

I am happy with them. It was a little confusing at first, because they changed their office location. It is no longer there at the storage place, and there is no sign saying that they moved or anything. I liked how they had the prices and everything listed on the website, so I could decide ahead of time what I wanted to get. The people have been friendly every time I talk with them.

They don't send bills. So if you forget to pay they disable your code. Then do not answer there phones or return calls AFTER you pay your bill and are caught up. On top they then leave their lock on your door after you have paid up . You can go in their office when you can actually get a hold of a employee to find them sitting on their back ends eating pie. Zero customer service at all. I'm moving units as soon as I can. Good rates just sh*tty customer service
