“One of the best, they practically wash it before the automatic part, and they aren't in your face about tips,even tho they appear to deserve them more than most places. I don't even know if their is a option to tip there. I think they could use one.”
“I am very pleased with the new vacuums at this location. It was an added bonus to have one of the vacuums have a crevice tool. An employee was very gracious in explaining to me the purposes of the air tool that they had added to their new system. I’ll be back!”

“I don’t hear all the times they’re Hella cool very Nice. They have employees that times a day to make sure it’s clean and orderly. As well as making sure that machines Are stocked up and working. Occasionally, they leave like little towels out so that you can make sure that your windows are dry. I work night shift so I know at night a lot of times or sometimes Early morning. There’s just one lady With blonde hair who works mornings. She’s super sweet, And she even tried to help me with my car when it was having issues (Turned out to be a blown fuse). And there’s been one time when I fell asleep with my car on after working and they were very nice about it. They just came and knocked on my window. Asked if I was OK. I just woke up really confused and I was like oh yeah, and drove away? Anyways, I always go out of my way just to go to the car wash because of how much I like the environment and how clean it is. A big thank you to the staff.”

“Highly highly recommend this place. They've always done me right. Might be on the spendy side but ots worth keeping a small businesses doors open and food on the business owners table. Good staff and solid customer service. Really take the time to invest on you and make certian you are being sent out the door with the best quality service they could provide. Definitely worth it. Quick too!”
“I was going to use the auto wash, but it was overpriced for the equipment. I did the hand wash instead and found it convenient that it takes credit card and keeps running until you hit stop. The hot wax might have been empty, but I still achieved the best wash ever using this type. It was $9 for about 13 minutes use.”
“I personally love this car wash. I'm a self service gal, when I go through automatic washes it's never clean enough for me. This car wash is never busy so I can always count on getting my car washed right away, and the owner also has an express oil changing area! The worker is so sweet and the oil change is VERY FAST and VERY INEXPENSIVE!!! I only pay about $38 for an oil change. The waiting room is FULL of cool plants that vine all around the area so you feel as though you're in a jungle while you wait! I will always recommend this place!”

“I definitely needed a wash and wasn’t near my usual spot. So I went here! Let me tell you!!!! The attention to detail and hands on wash before even rolling my car in. OMGGGG. I pay 20 bucks at my usual spot and my car never gets the care this place gave today. I’m in Pasco and will always drive to Richland from now on. Hands down I was shook just from a car wash. Yall are amazing.”
