Absolutely pathetic. Worst customer service ever like pulling teeth to get a simple answer or call back. 3 years now... First year screwed us up real bad and double charged us for his mistake and filing twice. Second and third year worse help ever. Begged for advice on how to fill out our w4s so we wouldnt owe at year end. Gave none or wrong info and lied and denied to cover up after we surprisingly owed both years. Always gave impression as wanted to avoid or didnt have time for us. Confronted several times and his reply was for us to talk to our HR departments at work. Of course they laughed us off in disbelief and shock. After sharing my frustrations and asking why he couldnt help he told me it would cost extra to figure out and easier for my wife and I to each just claim single. He also said I should go elsewhere if not satisfied. Finally a clear head and no more confusion. I just sat for a free consult with Jackson Hewitt and they walked me through the formula and answered all my concerns in less than 30 mins. No brainer to stick with them. Same cost and no more headache when we get our w2s next. Thanks for the lesson and too bad Im so damn stubborn to not have told Anthony to go pound sand 3 years ago.

Robin Gould, from Christensen King, has done my taxes for over 10 years. She has weathered the storm of changing tax laws, the opening and closing of my businesses, short term rentals and a family run LLC. I have always been impressed by her open and direct communication. She gets back to me quickly, if I have questions and my taxes are done accurately. My experience with her has only been positive.

Had some tax returns done up and it looked like they did a superb job but later found out that a couple forms were left out that I had to send to the IRS later. Tried to contact them to just get questions on how to fill out the required forms, or if they were going to do it, but got no answer from them. I will not use them again for any tax preparations. I understand they are pretty busy during tax year time but this letter from the IRS needed immediate attention from me or my representative, which was Christensen King. Apparently Christensen King doesn't represent you anymore once they got their money.

I would recommend Molly Andler at Christensen King. She is the best. I trust her with my personal and business taxes. I'm so happy I have her. Trying to do my own taxes with a business was very stressful. Letting Molly do my taxes was the best thing I could do to relieve my stress. Thanks, Molly!
