The majority of drink dispensers are marked out of order or are just plain empty. I told an employee every day for over a week that the Strawberry Sprite was only carbonated water. It was never fixed. So they were aware but don't care to provide appropriate customer service. I'm driving further to 7-11 from now on, at least their dispensers are ready and working.

It's 8:05 p.m. here in June 5th and the cashier was very unprofessional! I would have fired him!

Place is terrible. They demand scanning ID instead of just checking it. I don’t want their computer collecting all of that personal data, street address, name and more. It’s ridiculous, it’s a valid ID and has the DOB which they can manually enter. They’ll do it for passports but not a license?

They can never seem to keep the wiper fluid full. They were all bone dry when I went to clean my windows. Doesn't seem that hard to have someone check the levels at the beginning of the day. Good help is hard to find.
Update. I don't remember when I originally posted this, but it's now 9/30. I went to fill up and clean my windows to find the wiper fluid empty. Not sure why they can't figure out how to make sure these are filled for their customers?

I WENT THERE TO BUY CIGARETTES, THEY WANT TO SEE ID HAVE TO TAKE IT OUT SO THEY CAN SCAN IT. I WAS TOLD A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO TO SAY " I DON'T WANT IT SCANNED" AND I WOULDN'T HAVE TO TAKE IT OUT OF MY WALLET. IT DIDN'T WORK! WHY DO THEY HAVE TO SCAN IT?

Sort of unorganized inside and they seem to be out of a lot of beverage choices often. The car wash is always closed/broken.

I can honestly say this was my worst experience ever at this location. Pre paid 60.00 for gas. Had coupon which was not reflected in the price at the pump so I knew something was wrong. Being in a hurry I filled my tank to 52.31. Gave the clerk .31 he put it in the drawer and closed it. Then insisted he gave me 8.00. Scolding me that it's all on camera if I was trying to cheat him. I told him good be sure to view the file. A whole lot more than this went down but space and time are limited

When a convenience store is no longer convenient, then what's the point? The store is unkempt and crowded, the car wash is awful, and the staff has a zero customer service mentality. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.
