FYI, these Circle K stores don’t have phones you can call. This means any business of losing or checking if your credit card is still on counter then you have to physically drive back to store. I found this after I found I left my glasses at one. I tried to call back for over a day without an answer. Then they told me locally Circle K’s can’t receive calls only call out. That seems strange to me it’s clearly based on the company’s needs also because who get a landline u can’t call unless the company just don’t care about any issues you or vendors may have with them. It’s just weird and rude!
I’ve used the link provided already and sent back to same page then called and got a moody customer service rep I couldn’t understand and he couldn’t help. Just said don’t lose your glasses at Circle K or you have to drive a long way back, he;s a freaking genius! OMG ! Never have any credit card issues or try to call the here for anything that has to do with calling any Circle K in Eastern WA.

Phone number needs to be up dated I tried calling and it tells my phone number not valid, trying to call to see if I left my wallet there

Gas pump kept tripping off like the tank was full. I’ve never seen it so bad before. Just goto the Maverick on the other side of the highway.

There is zero reason not to allow people to use the restroom before 6 am. It’s 5:16 AM and we are going hunting and can’t use the restroom before our 2 hour drive. Not convenient and the lady behind the counter was rude as hell about it.

None of the card readers on the pumps work. Ask staff about it, and all I got was a stupid look of bewilderment. I strongly recommend buying your gas at a station that's clean and has working pumps.

Went in for coffee after waiting for the only employee to deal With a vendor and 2 customers in front of me I didn't get but a half a cup of coffee because i hit the wrong button. I showed the cashier and she still charged me for the size! She said I could of filled it all the way up! I don't know how. They have those machines that measure it out l! She rubbed me the wrong way! Luckily there are a ton of places to get what I need and can avoid this place all together

So today this store was very clean it is not the normal. Not t b e employees fault as Circle K is notorious for under staffing there stored this I ne is no different. This is one of the busiest in the area as it in a business meca. Surrounded by Burger King McDonald's Taco Bell KFC Panera Bread and probably 10 other different fast food restaurants and a Walmart right next door bathrooms are usually in pretty bad disrepair as there's a huge homeless population right around here that if they get a chance we'll go in there and do drugs and leave it messed up

The gas pumps will take the entire balance of your bankcard, even if you only pump $20. Then they tell you to call your bank, as if they have anything to do with the gas pump ripping me off. I'll be taking this to court to find a resolution
