We have been customers here for over 3 years and I cannot emphasize how gracious and helpful these folks have been! Our belongings have been safe and well stored thanks to their upkeep and safety standards. When we need their customer service, they are on the ball! Thank you City View!

Have a unit here, security/locks could be better, gate code is preselected for you which is d**** can't copy the one key we were given. Overall slow haven't seen anyone else there when I've been and for awhile when moving I was going twice a week.

give this place a 0 !!! Don't rent here . They break into your storage and take your things, just happend to us this weekend and I had about 10grand of things ,valuable things . All gone and the owner could not say or defend himself in any way except to say that they break in 3 times a year . The cameras don't work and how is it that the owner has the key and I have the key they provide but someone managed to break in. Stay far from this place !! It's a joke

DON'T LEAVE YOUR STUFF HERE! If I could give this storage facility a zero I would. Our storage unit was broken into TWO TIMES. (Admittedly, we should have left after the first time.) The security surrounding these storage units is non-existent. There is a "camera" outside, but they don't tell you until you need footage from it, that it doesn't actually work. The security codes are not user specific, which means that anyone can get in and out. This place is a joke. BUT it is cheap ($60 a month for our unit). And they do call when your unit has been broken into (a necessary service, but one no storage facility should be used to). Do yourself a favor, pay $100 to rent in a secure facility with real cameras, and independent security codes. And, don't rent from anyone that doesn't accept credit card payments. In these times, not accepting credit card payments (by anyone under the age of 75) is a sign of someone who doesn't really care about the quality of their business.
