Very convenient to use, the management is quick to respond to any questions, comments, or concerns, and I’ve never had an issues, even when the current owners bought the business and transferred customers over to their system- they make it easy!

Never had any problems in the past few years. They were lenient with me when I was late for months and worked with me to keep the storage unit. I hate how much the rent has gone up though.

No issues. GBD seems to be keeping up with the storage facility. Was a difficult pill to swallow when they took over and doubled our rates, but I guess it's just keeping up with everything else that has doubled in our economy.

The facility is well maintained, not a piece of garbage or mess any where on the grounds. The units are just as clean when you move in. The owner I meet with was really a nice guy, easy to get along with and accommodating the price are good also I have a 10' x 30' and pay the same price as I do for a 10x15 where I have another locker and this place is so much cleaner than where my other unit is. GBD STORAGE checks off all the boxes when it comes to choosing a place to secure you life's possessions. A+

Horrible place. My unit got broken into. Nothing was stolen but it’s as if someone went in there, took everything out, dumped my boxes and threw it back in there. My unit looked NOTHING like this when I left it last. All I asked for (nicely) was a refund on this months rent. (February) today is the 7th. I called two times and left a voicemail before I finally sent a text saying I called the police and THEN I get a response. I was lucky enough to have the managers 2nd phone number bc the one online says disconnected. Looked through all my emails and zero information as to how to contact them. Not to mention all I got was “bad people do bad things” and “I may have been targeted” like it was MY FAULT this happened!?! I JUST moved here!! I don’t know anyone yet! Not a secure storage or friendly what so ever.

We have been customers here for over 3 years and I cannot emphasize how gracious and helpful these folks have been! Our belongings have been safe and well stored thanks to their upkeep and safety standards. When we need their customer service, they are on the ball! Thank you City View!
