I went in to grab product for my husband who is a licensed barber and associate Dallas was aggressive when explaining he needed my husband present to make the purchase. I questioned why when I purchased from him the week prior and I was told there was a “note” on the account that my husband needed to be present for the purchase. While I understand that the associate proceeded to get red and flustered and stated, “your husband can lose his license for this.” I would be curious to know how the associate would have handled the situation if I was not a woman of color. I was treated as if I was stealing when I was simply running an errand for my husband. I would suggest associate to have training on dealing with emotions as that type of behavior was disgusting.

I would have went with zero stars, but it wasn’t possible. The guy that was working when I went in was very rude. I’m pretty sure that I will never return to that store and I will start shopping at the one in Kennewick.

The staff here is AMAZING. Not only are they friendly, but they really seem to know their stuff. If you're a professional in the beauty industry and you live in the tricities, then this is a must have as far as a tool for the industry.
