I transferred my prescription here when we were in town temporarily and they did a partial fill right away. But when it came time to transfer my prescription back I had real issues. They said it was transferred two weeks previously, on their end, but my pharmacy never received anything. This pharmacy said there was nothing more they could do and just left me hanging. I had to wait even longer for my doctor to reissue a new prescription. You can’t do that when it’s a seizure medication! So insensitive.

They've come through for me multiple times. They had my doctor's actual number instead of office to do a med refill and she was on a cruise ship at the time! Really saved me. They also gave me my meds on a Sunday before a 2 week trip really saving my butt especially with my fiance!

Doctor's Pharmacy has the best customer service of any pharmacy I've ever encountered. The pharmacist is not only clearly an expert, but he deeply cares about each patient that comes through the doors. I'm constantly recommending them to others, and have let my providers know they should be recommending them as well. We're fortunate to have them in our area.

Although I don't use this pharmacy, I called to see if they had adderall in stock, and the man on the phone was very helpful in suggesting another pharmacy that might have it.

Very unprofessional, violation with HIPAA laws. Personal information is shared between all employees. It’s all gossip. Can’t trust anyone working here.

My delivery Angel, Heather is so professional, accommodating, and friendly! I look forward to seeing her smiling face when she brings my meds, which is such a luxury at no extra charge! Who wants to leave the house when you don't have to?! ?
