Even though we didn't purchase anything, I wanted to leave this review because we went to many furniture stores, but the customer service here was fabulous!!! They didn't have the mattress we were looking for and we hadn't decided on a living room set yet , but just wanted people to know the experience here was great! Drew was the salesman's name! The options to customize is what makes this store different from others!

poor customer relations, I ordered a dining room set after hours of choosing fabric, pedestal , chairs etc..quoted 4to 6 wk. delivery..sold my dining room set , and waited ..now six months later... very little communication.. very unhappy outcome .. no dining room set ..

Katherine M. provided superior service and helped us through the process of selecting new furniture to fit the style and function we wanted. I bought a lift chair which I had been contemplating for a long time.Donna was very helpful in showing me possible chairs.I have not yet received my choice but based on previous purchases, I am sure it will be great.

Donna was amazing. My mother is very picky when it comes to furniture and Donna sat down with her and spent time getting to know my mother's likes and dislikes. I was very impressed with the gentle manner in which she handled my mother. Thank you Donna.

High end furniture. Very nice quality. You won't find the furniture they sell in Ennis at Ashley's or Macy's. It's high quality.

Donna our sells person was cordial and nice she let my wife and I wander around and was there when we had questions. Everything in the store was of the highest quality And fairly priced

Order with caution! We ordered custom furniture in mid-December 2020 and were told it might be 8-12 weeks because of covid. More than 3 months later, they still won’t or can’t tell us when it will be here. Except that it might be the end of May. Seriously?!After about 10 weeks, I kept calling every couple weeks. In February they said “It has been shipped”, then a week later “I don’t know what happened with that. It will be a few more weeks”, then “It will be shipped on March 25”, then when I called on March 28 they said “It will be the end of May”. When I called, the staff or owner would say they would call me back and then wouldn’t. I know the manufacturer may be having problems but I expected Ennis would own up to it, check on the status and get more information to explain the delay, and update us regularly without me having to call again and again. I feel like they are/were stringing me along.I finally asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund and that even that took 9 days.

We went to purchase new furniture for our living room and was met with "you need to have a mask on in the store" Even after driving an hour to this particular dealer we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Today, I had my end table delivered by two great delivery technicians: Guardo & Jose (I am sorry if I don't remember their names correctly). I love the service from Ennis. Drew is a great salesman!

Ennis fine furniture is filled with a great staff, full of knowledge and friendly advice, and great quality goods!I only wish I had the money to fit out our entire house, because it would look great!

Drew did a fantastic job helping us achieve the perfect look. From using measurements of our home/rooms to presenting multiple options for each room, he went above and beyond. Drew and the sales manager Rene stayed in contact after the sale and helped perfect everything even after delivery. This is a very welcoming and experienced team, let them know what you're wanting and they will make it happen.
