Have been waiting for over 2 hours i was told only 45min to get to my van, call RAPID TOWING WAY BETTER. AND on time, unlike flatline if it was an ambulance i would have flatlined thanks for waisting my time would of been nice to get call.

These guys are not worth calling. Needed a tug out, instead of calling me and telling me they did not have proper equipment (an actual wrecker, not a flatbed car hauler) they spent 4 hours tugging a truck 50 feet and charged me $1000.

Was at the Benton county courthouse today and lo and behold. I see one of your tow trucks taking up six parking spots the parking lot closest to the courthouse. Meanwhile, the back parking lot was wide open. Shame on you. And because they wouldn’t let me post this on Facebook Tri-Cities bad driving and shaming. I’m gonna post it right here.

My parents were involved in an accident, leaving my grandmother's funeral service, and were not able to gather my grandmother's personal affects from their vehicle before flatline towing towed the vehicle. Called flatline towing and explained the situation and wanted to be able to go gather my grandmother's personal affects from the vehicle, and they wanted to charge us an after hours fee of 127. Unprofessional, in my opinion, and the lack of empathy was absolutely disgusting. If I could leave a negative star rating I would.

Completely unprofessional on the phone. Was trying to get a quote from Hanford to benton city. Asked if I was security. Then got upset at me when I said know because he really ment barricade and decided to chastise me for it. I'll never call them again.

Absolutely recommend I got the cheapest quote and up most amazing customer service after all the madness I was going thro with my car it was definitely a breath of fresh air they even worked with the autobody store to get my car back so I didn’t have to the first time I had them towed was from Georgetown all the way to Kennewick excellent service then now I had them towed from Kennewick to Richland and I could say the same excellent service

The customer service and communication was great. I needed a tow very quickly for safety reasons. They were there within 40 minutes, others were 3 hours out before they could get to me. The charges were fair and they got my vehicle hooked up so fast.
