I had no choice but to use this pharmacy it was the only place that I could find a nebulizer on a weekend so after calling around I was glad I had found one. When I walked up there was nobody there in line and so I told the lady what I needed and handed her the prescription the hospital had given me. She said “that’s not a prescription”, and I was confused because the hospital had me go and pick up the hard copy that I was trying to hand to her and so maybe it was printed on regular paper and knowing that they were the only place that could fill it, I didn’t want to be rude back to her so I politely asked her what I had to do to get it filled. I was having trouble breathing and my cel phone was dead so I went to the store’s customer service desk to use their phone, called the hospital and asked them to email the prescription and they said they did, but when I went back to the pharmacy they said they hadn’t gotten it. They didn’t offer to call the hospital or doctor or anything. There was a total of 3 young women working in the pharmacy and all 3 were very rude to me for no reason at all, all the way down to after they gave me the nebulizer i was talking to the pharmacist about using it and I asked her if I would need saline solution to dilute the medicine and since they hadn’t filled the medicine of course she didn’t know the answer, okay I get it, but it was completely unnecessary and disgusting to me that the whole time we were talking she rolled her eyes over and over just like a defiant teenager does to an authority figure or as if she thought she was so much better than me. All 3 women in there were just the most stuck up, snobby and rude people I’ve ever had to deal with at any pharmacy, even times when I had issues and was upset I was treated better than this it was just weird. I don’t know why or if their personalities are just like that all the time or if something bad had happened that day. I hope they’re not like that to everyone all the time and if they are, I’m sure they can easily be replaced with people that would enjoy their job a lot more. So with the experience I had I will never go back to Fred Meyer pharmacy again, unless I absolutely have to and if these ladies are like that all the time I hope they will get some further training and develop some customer service skills as they clearly have none from what I could tell.

I used to go to Fred Meyer in Sumner for my prescriptions. Then I moved to Richland. The operation here is a thousand times better and they never screw up my prescriptions. Not so with other pharmacies. I've never had a long wait so I don't know what that's about.

I have had a decent experience with this pharmacy. For all the people complaining about wait times, try going to another pharmacy. See how that treats you. It’s not great. And also try to have a good attitude. Technicians have to deal with alot of mean people. Give them a break. Try being nice first. Understand we are all human and make mistakes. I feel this pharmacy has made up for its mistakes they have made to me, only thing is I’ve never received an apology. But I get it. The first time or so getting everything established I was very frustrated because they weren’t getting it correct and I felt they had an attitude. But after it got cleared up I’ve been treated very well. I would use this pharmacy for non urgent prescriptions. Until you get established. Reliance pharmacy will get you what you need in 5-10 minutes and this pharmacy will take longer. But that’s okay. They’ve proven themselves to earn back my trust. Thank you for everything Fredmeyer. I do have to say though. My Medicaid was very hard to get set up and the tech (young lady) first time was thinking I was the issue. After that I didn’t receive an apology but I received kinder service. I also think people are too hard on the Techs. Imagine getting yelled at every day when all you want is to help patients. People don’t join this job for the money. ❤️ I feel safe enough to recommend the Richland Fred Meyer pharmacy. But ONLY for chronic established prescriptions. If you need something right away I suggest Reliance in Kennewick. Also one more thing. There’s a Tech at this location that always chews gum and smacks it while working. That should be dealt with. That same lady I believe Erin, should also get a check on her attitude. I’ve been nothing but nice. At first I felt discriminated against. But dealing with other techs and the actual pharmacists I feel better.

I have nothing but problems with this place I am in the middle of changing pharmacy’s but your customer service it beyond atrocious. Your tecks make people fill dumb for asking for their scrips when the app says it’s ready then you tell me 30 more mins .. After reading the lot of reviews I am not the only person who fills this way. I say if you hate your job this much find another one.. trust me we don’t like coming here as much as y’all hate serving people..it’s not the pharmacist it’s the people that cash you out that make you feel like you’re bothering them by just getting your meds. My meds I have to have.

Shopping here, I was excited to see this sale on 3 lbs of Hill's bacon. I used the Fred Meyer app to scan the digital coupon. It blinked when I scanned it, but no coupon appeared on screen to clip. So I took this picture to show as evidence of the $11.31 sale price. Sure enough, the sale price we got at the register was $14.31, not 11.31. I showed the photo to the young cashier, who tried to find the coupon on my phone and could not, and then directed us to Customer Service. After my handicapped wife and I stood in the Customer Service line for 30 minutes (only 2 customers were ahead of us, thank goodness), we were told by the middle-aged female manager that "corporate" does not allow digital coupons to be applied to meat at the Customer Service counter. I asked if other people had experienced this issue with the sale as well, and the manager said none had. My wife, quite exhausted by this time, opined that was probably because no one else wanted to wait in the Customer Service line for 30 minutes like we had. The manager refused to honor the digital coupon. My wife then asked for a complete refund, and we left the bacon there. It seems silly that Fred Meyer corporate would accept the meat back in a refund, and not honor a digital coupon for it for some reason. Mind you, the meat had not left the store at all. Anyway, I got the feeling that neither the employee nor the manager really cared about it either way. I assume they were just doing as they were told, and they probably privately thought it was just as idiotic a situation as we did. Now, about that wait time at the Customer Service counter. 30 minutes to get through 2 customers is ludicrously unprofessional. And there were several customers waiting behind us, too. It appears as if not enough help is being hired at this Fred Meyer. In the past, we had chosen Fred Meyer because Safeway ALWAYS has too little help working, and their lines are very long. Now with Fred Meyer too?In case anyone at "corporate" actually reads and cares about this event (and the ill will it has caused), the time, date and location of this event was approximately 12:45pm on October 1, 2023, at the Wellsian Way location in Richland, WA.

Love the sushi here!! I did not expect the sushi at Fred Meyer to be any good but I was wrong. It's actually very fresh and fairly authentic. Whenever I'm craving sushi and don't want to go sit- down which is often, I come and grab some from Fred Meyer.

They lied about having our prescription ready, when we went back with a letter proving that they were sent in, they pulled off the shelf, it had been ready this entire time. Customer service was terrible ?

For supermarket sushi, Fred Meyer does a very good job! Sunshine Roll, California roll and the individual pieces of sushi are all good!

they need more clerks all year the shelves are sometimes sparse and they don't have what I want to get but general service is good and you won't be in there for long.

This pharmacy is wonderful!! There have been a lot of changes in management and staff over the past year and they have turned this pharmacy around 180°. They are friendly and quick. Some of these reviews are people just not understanding how pharmacy laws and regulations work. They catch a lot of doctor's mistakes and have no control over what insurance companies decide, but they try their best to take care of their patients and use discount cards if insurance won't pay for their prescriptions. I noticed the discount card they use, SingleCare, is sometimes a lot better than GoodRx. Some people don't understand that when a doctor send in a prescription for 90 days and the pharmacy only fills 30 days, it is because insurance won't cover more than a 30-day supply. They don't do that just for no reason.Anyways please keep up the good work y'all!! You guys are great everyone is really nice and friendly.

love this pharmacy they do get pretty busy but I never have to wait too long they are always working as fast as they can with still keeping patient safety in mind thanks everyone
