Threatened to tow my vehicles for parking out front of the store on several occasions. I used to buy something to drink and snack each time I got my hair cut but I won't be doing that ever again. What this man doesn't realize is that he's driving away all the people that would have been shopping in his store. When he threatened to tow an old man's rig for parking, i lost all the respect for this place. If I could give a negative star review that's what this would be because it's what he deserves.

after 30 minutes parked in their shared parking lot he towed me when I had litterally bought stuff from the gas station(i was at a neighboring shop), $450 to go pick it up from west richland the next day. the man on the phone laughed and said he's super strict about parking so don't go there they suck. + no coconut redbull. 100% do not recommend 0 stars

Great customer service, was greeted as soon as I walked thru the door also was asked if I needed help finding anything, also parking is now good for this store after signs were put up! Ty again for the great service and being treated like I was family!

By far my favorite place I love this store it has all my favorite things and has great prices don't pay attention to the bad reviews it's the people next door being petty hater because they can't share the parking lot I would recommend this store to all my friends and family

I will never shop in this unconvenience store again, the guy behind thecounter got very rude when asked about prices on cigars.He told me if Ididn't like his cost I should go elsewhere, which I did. The price forthose same cigars elsewhere were sixty cents cheaper, plus they didn'tcharged me for a bag.I don't know how this person stays open with hisprices and such bad customer service.

Never ever never again will I step foot in that store and give them business! The guy behind the counter, whom I think is the owner, is so incredibly rude and insulting! I have never in my life been treated by someone so rude and offensively than I was when I shopped there!

Employee was extremely rude, tried to charge me an extra $1 for my fountain soda because “I made a mess” and harassed my kid for setting down his cup while he went to pick out a snack. Will never be returning and discouraging everyone I get the chance to. I have never dealt with such bad customer service in my life.
