Definitely the worst Home Depot I have ever been to. Customer service is non existant. There’s never a manager around when you ask for some assistance cause nobody has any clue what is going on or how to do their job and don’t expect much from the Pro Department or lack there of. Normally the Home Depot Pro Desk is on point at least. Kinda sad

Good afternoon I just want to explain what happened this evening, 10/04/2024 at 6:24 I just went to buy some base for my rooms and I saw they were scanning the barcode $2.77 but in the store was $2.05 so tell the cashier Susan that the was not price I saw so she tried to match the price, but she need to call the manager then manager Kim came but she was very very rude she said that the price if it’s online, it’s the same store so she just keep walking and never saw my phone ignoring me and I was talking by myself, she just keep walking, I think when you are a manager, you have to have more respectful to your customers. Then others cashiers saw that they came to me and help me with the issue. They forgot to change the price in the store, so it was not my fault, but with those manners with the manager Kim will never go again to the store.
Thank you
Antonio

Would not return my items because they exceeded the dollar amount thay they wanted to take back. I don't recommend you ever buy anything that might ever need to be returned--and that is difficult, if not impossible, when doing home improvement projects.

No help in the aisles, when i do come across an employee, associates stare straight ahead even when addressed to ask a question. I don't expect experts in the aisles, just someone to point me in the right direction. It's almost as if they fear the customer interaction because they don't want to be pulled into the department.
The store needs employees, heck, warm bodies would be fine.
The lack of help isn't even my first complaint, it's the lack of tap function on all of your card machines. It is 2024. If I can go to a taco truck in the middle of a park and use tap pay, there is no reason I shouldn't be able to in HD.

Although it's a big box store I've been pleasantly pleased that there are usually people around to help you find things. Also the app really helps with location of items in the store.

Visited this store a couple weeks ago and while shopping for garden tools, many of their items were priced mark incorrectly. Specifically I got a watering jug that the sales associate at checkout stated it was the wrong color and therefore did not apply for the sale, and then a shovel that was marked down for a “early Black Friday” promo. I let the watering jug go but did tell them the sign is misleading considering I got the jug from the section marked on sale. I however did stand my ground on the shovel price. They said that in order for me to get the discount, I would have to go to the garden section where the sign is, take a photo on my phone, and then come back and show it to them. I was quite honestly shocked because at every other store there is a price discrepancy they have other associates go check it out. They told me I could leave my items at the checkout section or take them with me to do my assigned task (I was holding all the items in my hands and no baskets were nearby so I would have to walk back and forth with all my items). I basically ran to the section to do what was asked of me when I should’ve just left all my items and walked out of the store. When I went back to the sales associate at the register, they stated the sign was odd and I almost felt they were questioning it still but they agreed to “grant” me my discount. (Photo attached, the shovel they were arguing with me about was the one with the black handle which is clear a worker placed this styled ones there considering it’s several not just one or two)
I don’t plan on stopping by a Home Depot again, not only this but I was in the store for an hour and no one offered me help, and I just feel they are trying to trick customers who don’t pay close attention to the prices when checking out.
