Very Disappointed. DO NOT let Laura anywhere near your hair. For a “professional” hairdresser with 19 years of experience, what she did was NOT okay.
Laura was suppose to give my 4 year old a handsome haircut but she completely botched his hair and turned one of his most favorite things to do into a terrible experience leaving my son feeling uncomfortable during the hair cutting interaction.
- LAURA PUSHED MY SONS (4yo) HEAD DOWN
Instead of using her words to communicate.
- LAURA ACTIVELY CUT HIS HAIR WHILE LOOKING AWAY
- Left him in the chair midway to ring up another client who was displeased with her disabled husbands haircut which ended with Laura stating it’s the clients body that makes the haircut look poor.
- LAURA MADE INAPPROPRIATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMMENTS
She told my 4 year old son “you have a HAIRY neck” and when she tried getting away with not trimming the top of the head, I told her I still wanted the top trimmed and she responded with, “Well we tried” and seemed annoyed that I wanted an actual haircut for my son.
- LEFT BALD SPOTS
The finished cut was worse than a 10 year old taking a try at cutting his brothers hair for the first time.
The back was uneven, the top was a mess.. uneven as well. The right side of the top/bangs was LONGER than the middle of the bangs and the left side of the top/bangs were SHORTER than the middle leaving it looking funny and somewhat intentional.
The BACK?! The back she knicked two different bald spots which definitely looks the worse out of her Three areas of mess ups.
Maybe after 19 years it’s time to retire or change careers because it’s just UNBELIEVABLE.

Most disappointing job I’ve had. Never would want to work here again. Management is poor and salon cleanliness is a big issue. Would not recommend getting any services here. No one cleans up all the hair at the end of the day. Hair is left in the drawers, all over the stations, chairs, floors, you name it there is 20+ other people’s hair on it. Stylist here have 2 minutes in between every guest to wash hands and disinfect their station and tools, this business even expect them to do it in faster than 2 minutes. Do you think that they’re all washing their hands? Or use hand sanitizer between each guest? Well I can tell you most of them, DO NOT. For this to be one of the busiest Great Clips in the area, you can definitely tell. It’s dirty, and girls are smoking their vape pens in the back room. POOR MANAGEMENT.

Really bad at cutting hair, I ask for layers and got just a really bad trimming. And also the girl missed a little chunk of hair.
