did a walk in the ladies were very nice. didn’t talk long for me to get seated. the stylist that did my hair knew exactly what to do. my hair was very flat and had no volume, she did it exactly how i wanted it and i absolutely love my haircut <3

Took my 4-year-old son in for a haircut, and while the stylist was very nice, the cut was awful. She styled his hair with gel and combed it to the side, so I didn’t notice how bad it was until later that day. After his nap, it was clear that nothing was even, and the sides and back weren’t properly cleaned up.
He has never had an amazing haircut here, but it was always at least passable—this time, it was unacceptable. My husband took him back the next day, and a different stylist, who was incredibly kind, fixed it right away. She knew exactly who had done the original cut before we even said anything and admitted that this stylist regularly does poor haircuts and covers it up with gel. If that’s the case, why is she still working there?
This experience has really made us question whether we’ll be returning.

I’ve been bringing my son here for over a year we’d always get the same stylist she has short red hair she’s amazing and patient. Yesterday was a very different experience and we will never go back. We got the blonde lady with cat eye glasses she seemed like she was having a bad day. My son doesn’t like the feeling of clippers and she straight up asked me if he was autistic very unprofessional the rest of the haircut she was in such a bad mood talking under her breathe threatened to stop in the middle of my sons haircut if he kept moving because her back hurt and told me not to request the haircut he got again because he wasn’t old enough for it ???? I told her he’s never had an experience like this and she said well I’m not gonna baby him. Very unprofessional very uncomfortable experience will never return again. Mind you I still tipped her because I know servicing people isn’t easy especially kids but she was straight up rude.

We're here right now and it's been less than five minutes and two of the ladies have been obnoxious. The first one wouldn't let me finish asking about hairstyles and just kept talking over me to tell me she didn't need to discuss what I wanted, just needed to know who would go first. She finally just bypassed me and started talking to my kids instead. She was intensely condescending. The next lady said my kid's hair had too many tangles, it's less than two inches long and there was one tangle in the back where he'd slept and turned his head back and forth. So I asked her if she'd like me to comb it and she said yes and I combed it in literally 15 seconds. She said I didn't need to look at her like I did. I looked at her like someone who brought their kid in to have their hair done and was doing half of it for them. I realize working with the public is hard, and things get busy or tense, but this was ridiculous and unnecessary. I always tip, but I didn't. I tried to do the transaction for my kids separately so I could tip the lady who wasn't rude, but they couldn't figure out how to do that. I'm never coming back here again.

The hairdresser was really friendly and nice, and she tried to do what I wanted, I think...? But uhhh my hair got royally screwed. I asked for a trim with some mild layers and my bangs blended in. The front looks good to me, but once dried, you can tell that the back looks horrid. The layers are choppy and uneven and the distance between layers is yucky. She also trimmed off way more than I asked for (about 3 inches vs 1), which would've been fine if it had looked good. Just don't go here if you have long hair, I should've learned my lesson by now.

I had worst experience with them . I told her perfectly and even gave the picture of hair cut . She doesn’t know what she was doing . Just ruined my hair. Don’t ever wanna go there sorry

I tell them I want my hair left touching my ears and every time it is cut like I am a sailor with white sidewalls. And I still give them a nice tip. No more. Might as well go to a barber college.
