Strictly by appointment, fast loading, however, make sure to check your low bars are in place. Because they don’t usually put them. And make sure they write your trailer number correct, cause they’re not letting you doublecheck..
One star because they wanted to seal the trailer without letting me know if I want to use my low bars or not. Good thing i stoped him to take pictures of the load and that’s when I noticed. This should never ever happen… as safety come first

530am appt.
They messed up on their schedule and made zero effort to make it right.
Is now 1615 and the lady who made the mistake has left for the day.
Still not in a door- it's apparently next shifts problem now.
I *should* be home now taking my 9yr old out on plans we have had for months...
Instead- I just got off the phone with my son (whose in tears after hoping id be loaded but late to our event)....
Doing the right thing is not these people's MO.
Now I dont get to see my son for 2 more weeks- and summer vacation is over.
I pray these people get exactly what they deserve-- cuz if they'll screw someone over on something THIS easy? Im positive im not the only one....
Avoid if you can.

Easy operation. Check in with the guard shack, go park, take your paperwork to the office to get assigned a door, if no door available they will call you when there’s a door. It took nearly 3 hours to load but that’s becoming the norm everywhere. There is overnight parking.

Great place for loads, super nice folks working here, plenty of room to maneuver, room to finish out a break or overnight.
One of the best experiences I've had at a Lineage facility.
A Love's and other truck stops nearby on 395 also they will take you in early if they have the doors available. Definitely would come back here again

Even though this place was bought out by Lineage some time ago, they operate things the old way. That’s why things run smoothly and have mostly good reviews. My appt was at 06:45 and I checked in 45 mins early. I was loaded, paperwork in hand and out the gate at 07:15. Free scale right across from the entrance. This is my 5th time picking up here and haven’t been disappointed yet.

The best dock workers work here. Everyone is friendly and they'll get you in early 9 times out of 10. These guys just get it, no nasty attitude, just happy workers who seem to actually take pride in treating truckers well. Easily in my top 3 places to load or unload.

Check in there’s allowed at 6 AM informed by two separate employees but apparently you could actually check in before then they have restroom upstairs for drivers clean. My appointment was for 630. I am on the dock at 6:10. I got one of the back docs, they have two on the backside, an old time driver that comes here for the last five years did not like the way I parked last evening when I got here he said I should be parking parallel along the fence. I said well from the stop blocks along the fence line one with common sense would say One would back the truck and trailer before hitting said block, he did not like my response. I told him to have a good evening I stay parked the way I was parked because the way I look at it if you get a couple trucks parked parallel, you could get blocked in if the other truck driver decides to park next to you and you won’t get up.

Worst place to come for pick up. I arrived on time and began check in process. I provided all the info that my company sent me and it matched. My pick up number was not matching. They charged $295 late fine for that, even though i was on time initially for check in. Then after paying late fine no dock is assigned for another 4 hours.

Probably about the best pickup I've ever had. I arrived 35min early, no driver here but myself, got a door and loaded. Appt time was 1315, finished at 1345 ????
