This store and location is always very helpful. Friendly staff and trained properly. Though sometimes you can find some staff that sit around in clusters chatting amongst themselves when a customer is right there needing assistance. That can be infuriating and not encouraging lacking all professionalism. I would recommend coming in the mid afternoons or early mornings. They do seem to be pushing for a chasierless interaction when checking out, which can be difficult at time.

Often when I visit this store, your employees are as rare as a green left turn arrow at a Kennewick intersection. Yesterday, June 3, 2025, I stood in the lawn power tools wanting to buy a leaf blower for about twenty minutes. I looked over at the customer service desk, but they were busy. I was getting ready to leave when a young lady saw me and helped me get what I wanted. She was very polite and had the answers to my questions. If not for her this would be a one star rating.

Although it's a big box store I've been pleasantly pleased that there are usually people around to help you find things. Also the app really helps with location of items in the store.

Visited this store a couple weeks ago and while shopping for garden tools, many of their items were priced mark incorrectly. Specifically I got a watering jug that the sales associate at checkout stated it was the wrong color and therefore did not apply for the sale, and then a shovel that was marked down for a “early Black Friday” promo. I let the watering jug go but did tell them the sign is misleading considering I got the jug from the section marked on sale. I however did stand my ground on the shovel price. They said that in order for me to get the discount, I would have to go to the garden section where the sign is, take a photo on my phone, and then come back and show it to them. I was quite honestly shocked because at every other store there is a price discrepancy they have other associates go check it out. They told me I could leave my items at the checkout section or take them with me to do my assigned task (I was holding all the items in my hands and no baskets were nearby so I would have to walk back and forth with all my items). I basically ran to the section to do what was asked of me when I should’ve just left all my items and walked out of the store. When I went back to the sales associate at the register, they stated the sign was odd and I almost felt they were questioning it still but they agreed to “grant” me my discount. (Photo attached, the shovel they were arguing with me about was the one with the black handle which is clear a worker placed this styled ones there considering it’s several not just one or two)
I don’t plan on stopping by a Home Depot again, not only this but I was in the store for an hour and no one offered me help, and I just feel they are trying to trick customers who don’t pay close attention to the prices when checking out.

This is the absolute worst Home Depot to make deliveries to. They are never on time for receiving appointments, disorganized receiving area and their employees are very poor at communicating delays. I’ve waited every time I deliver to this store 45 minutes to 3 hours after my appointment before I’m unloaded at the dock or the lumber door. This store wastes my time.

Thank you Randy in the tool rental department for showing me how to use a ratchet strap today so that I never have to ask my ex fiance for anything ever again. He bailed on moving me today so I moved myself with Randy's help. Thank you for going above and beyond today, you gave me the gift of self sufficiency.

Went during weekend in morning, not only the people did not help also their manager sucks. He got an attitude like checking me out because I have a strong accent and how I look. Discrimination at it finest. Not surprise unprofessional and rude. I keep my money and will spend it in Lowe’s. Too bad for you! You just lost 3200$.
