Normally a great store but on this visit some ahole walked by me on what im guessing was his way to the bathroom and then on the way back he puts his wet hands on my back while I'm leaning looking at lumber and asks if I need help, my wife's eyes looked like they were going to pop out of her head. First of all DON'T put your hands on me Your wet hands!!! Sunny was written on his apron but I think KoolAid Man is more appropriate for this guy. Most employees at this particular store are great but watch out for this clown.

I am extremely dissatisfied in this Home Depot location. We purchased over $6000 in flooring and installation here. When we came to pick up the product it was forklifted into our truck. When we arrived home to unload the 52 boxes of vinyl planking it was completely soaked and molded so it had obviously been sitting wet for some time. We had to drive 80 miles round trip to pick up, return and get new boxes. My husband asked to speak to a manager and he did absolutely nothing about the trouble we had gone through. I had to return to get two more boxes to finish our project a week later. I went to grab the flooring and to my amazement the four boxes I pulled out all had water damage! Looks like they dried our returned product and put it on the shelf. Buyer Beware!

Great customer service at the paint department. Very knowledgeable about their products. I never had to wait more than a couple minutes to mix paint. They even refunded me and re-rung my paint so I could get a rebate, pretty sweet! Thanks Home Depot!

We went into the store today with our 8 1/2 week old pup to also do a little socialization while picking up a few things. We were greeted by one of your employees in the parking lot, who went ahead of us looking for a cart so the pup could ride inside. Three other employees all enjoyed a short visit with our pup. Very impressed with your staff.

So, ONE week ago, our son in-law did the majority of the work, while I was at work, putting a new fence up at our place. Today, my wife and I pull in to see 10 boards have warped and cracked. I call Home Depot in Richland where we spent about $600 ONE WEEK AGO on fencing supplies. I tell the lady on the phone that the boards were purchased and hung ONE WEEK AGO and that 10 of them warped and cracked. She said no problem and to bring them in and they would exchange them. I ta

I feel bad about giving such a negative review to Home Depot as I have been a longtime customer and stockholder of the company. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been a really bad one, and I am not sure it is unique to this store or not, but this is where the issue happened. I ordered a patio door from this store, and when it was installed is was obviously damaged and did not fit. The installer, from Home Depot - or contracted through them, told us he did not think the door was right, but that it could "straighten out" over a few days. The door actually became more warped, and it then rained and water came in the house soaking our brand new carpet. We immediately reported the problem with Home Depot. They were slow to respond, and ultimately put it between Jenweld - the door company, and their warranty department. It took about 3 weeks, of calling and pushing on HD to get anybody to call me back. The door still has not been replaced as we are waiting for Jenweld to follow up on the warranty claim. Overall a terrible experience and if I ever need a door again I would NOT go to Home Depot, I would rather work with a good contractor in the area. Even if it cost more, dealing with Home Depot is not worth it!

The. Home services departmen has a terrible customer service. I rented a machine to wash my house carpet an Caroline was rude when I choose the machine that I wanted not the one she graved. She was screaming to a coworker who was very sweet and tried to help us because there were no body @ the desk when we arrive. When we came back to return the machine there were a pregnant lady that even do I talked to her in Englis without listen what I said inmediatly told me "I don't speak Spanish" and also was rude telling to my husband to sign on a scren that wasn't prepare to sing with a descriminative actitud. We have been visited this store many times this month without complains but for sure "I'LL NEVER GO OR RECOMENDED THIS STORE FOR HOME SERVICES" HOME SERVICES HAS A RUDE AND DESCRIMINATIVE CUSTOMES SERVICE.

Yes it's cheaper than a lot of other stores selling the same things but today a lady came and sought us out asked if I needed help and of course I said yes. She helped me choose a paint color and then she vanished.. I waited for about ten minutes thinking maybe she was maybe mixing my paint or something but she wasn't- she was helping other people! So I was waiting around for nothing! So I left. I was probably going to spend 100$ + It was just a really bad experience in general

I went in this morning to get a 5/8 sheetrock and i got a cart that was outside and when i went in a home depot employee took the cart away from me and said he was just about to get that one for another customer that needed to get two peaces of siding strips and told me i can wait for a next one available. I got so mad but was in such a rush i just went to grab my sheet rock and carried it on my back and didn't want to be waisting time arguing with him. Defenetly bad service. If he needed a cart he could of gone to look for another one.

Two weeks ago I was shopping for a new hot water heater at The Home Depot (2855 Duportail St, Richland, WA 99352). I found one that was available but there was no one I could talk to about it. The clerk at the Help desk asked for someone, but everyone was busy. The price listed above the water heater I was interested in was $799. On Tuesday afternoon of this week (2/28/201) I returned to the store and was able to talk to a woman about the water heater. She printed off some pages from the Home Depot web site and crossed out the price of $1,239.00 and wrote in $799. Because I was interested in having someone install it, she directed me to contact J&J Plumbing. She said that J&J would quote me a single price that included the water heater and the installation. Someone from J&J was out to our house this afternoon to inspect where it would go. When he went to our local Richland Home Depot he discovered that they were out of this model but more importantly it had gone back up to $1,239.00. I told him I thought that was impossible. I just returned from going to the Richland store myself. The story I was given was that the $799 price was a sale price and the sale ended on Wednesday evening at the close of business. When I pressed the guy I was talking to about honoring the price I was quoted on Tuesday, he said he had no authority to do that. I asked to speak with the store manage and he said the same thing. After expressing my displeasure, he said he could knock off $100, but that wasn't satisfactory. At the very least, I should have been informed on Tuesday that $799 was a sales price and that it would be disappearing the next day.

The worst Home Depot that I have ever been to. DO NOT buy appliances from them!!! My 73 year old mother bought a new washing machine from this company. It was "professionally" installed by Crown Moving Company and has leaked ever since. We have been going round and round with this company for a week and they have not even submitted a claim for the washer to be fixed! Shame on this company for doing this to the elderly. Again, DO NOT buy appliances from this company. The will do you wrong every time.

My husband I asked 3 different people for help getting something off the top shelf.... All 3 said they'd call someone. After waiting about 10 minutes, I went and did some more shopping and looking around. About another 10 minutes later I headed to the front counter where it seemed several employees were congregated. I finally got someone's attention then he turned around and helped someone else!! When he eventually addressed me I told him what I needed and he told me tha

I am DYI updating my home little by little for the last year, thus have frequented this store more times than I'd like to count. The employees have always been helpful in finding things I don't always have a name for, explaining processes, and being overall friendly.
