We needed a place to store our stuff while building and Home Run Storage was the perfect location - easy to get to and a painless process. Everything felt incredibly secure and well taken care of. Customer service has been amazing! We finally moved into our new home and the cancellation process was even smoother than reserving a unit. If I ever need a place to store my stuff, I’ll for sure be back!

⚠️Urgent Warning About Horn Rapids Storage and HomeRun Storage ️⚠️
Edited later to clarify- Horn Rapids & Home Run Storage are the same owner. Their manager tries to deflect but the same disregard they had for our property (or the law) they will absolutely have for you at this location too.
I need to share something really important about what's going on at the Horn Rapids Storage (now owned by HomeRun Storage in West Richland).
My father rents a unit there for his RV. Recently, the facility was sold to new owners (Home Run) They didn’t even contact folks directly to move their property; they just slapped notices on the units saying everything had to be moved out by October 1st.
Well, guess what? We found out through a local Facebook group that the facility left these vacate notices. We showed up to check on my dad’s trailer and found that someone had literally cut the lock out of the door. They stole everything inside—items that were more sentimental than valuable. This included irreplaceable personal letters and keepsakes that we can never get back. The inside of the trailer is completely trashed, damaged, dirty.
And it’s not just us. Other people have had their trailers and storage units broken into as well during this evolution. One renter in particular had items missing from a LOCKED storage- how does that even happen?! The new owners at HomeRun Storage are absolutely responsible for this negligence and frankly, they are acting like this is normal business. Ethically, maybe they think they’re in the clear, but morally, this is just wrong. They left the place wide open and invited thieves to help themselve with no regard for anyone's property or proper notice that the facility was now unsecured.
I wouldn't trust even their original location with my personal belongings and frankly, others in the community shouldn't either. It’s outrageous that a business we trusted to keep our belongings safe just abandoned that responsibility.

I had the best experience with Home Run Storage! So easy to set up and such a friendly host! Laurie was so communicative and was easy to reach with any questions! I always felt like my things were safe and in good care. :)

This in the Best storage rental organization I have ever used. I am older so I have used a lot. Don't go anywhere else! Stop by Home Run! So kind and helpful! Laurie l cares about her clients and it shows with all her effort to meet clients needs 🥰. So grateful we found them! The truck use is a God-send. 🙏 Thank you! Thank you, Home Run!! You made our move so much easier ❤️

This is a great storage facility. It is absolutely the cleanest and most secure place I have ever used for my storage needs. Laurie is the best. She is so kind and accommodating. She made a tough job much easier for me. I will recommend this business to friends and family without hesitation.

From the very beginning the manager has been the best I've ever had to work with. She's down to earth and always trys to make things better for me. On the other hand she's always doing g her job I know cause if I leave a cigarette on the ground don't think I don't hear about it. She's a friend and that's hard to find. Can't beat the rates and I like the late hours cause I work Dat or night and sometimes both so it works for me

This place has been a godsend as we have been getting ready to move in. Their office mascot Simba greets us everytime. Laurie is awesome and helped us out when we were looking for unit. She also let us know about local stores and vets for my dogs.
