Filed my taxes with Denise about 2 weeks ago, and I’m so glad I did. She was very friendly and helpful and answered all the questions and concerns I have had. I’ve honestly been filing through turbo tax for about 4-5 years now, and when I tried filling through them something seemed off about what they were going to give me back.. so I backed out and didn’t file and went into H&R Block. Let me just say.. I would’ve lost out on $1,500 if I continued with TurboTax. There was many things that I could’ve gotten back that Denise helped me with finding. Never going back to TurboTax again and I hope every year I file is with Denise. Already scheduled my appointment with her for next year.

I've used hr block for 14 years now and I will continue using them as my tax professionals. On the other hand I will not return to the richland branch.

This was my second time doing taxes. I needed advice for the education tax credit for my time at college. Rodney Worthington was there to help me. He was very nice, helpful, genuine, and clarified all my questions. After this, I will absolutely be going to him for taxes next year instead of turbotax.

Love that I have Carol for taking care of my taxes each year at H&R Block in Richland. It makes what could be a stressful time a year just a pleasure and the process a breeze! Absolutely LOVE that I can do this all from my computer at home without having to go to the office. So very convenient. Thanks again Carol, You are the BEST!!!
