Started using Interpath labs and have found them to be organized, personable and professional. They have made sure referring physicians received a copy of lab results and always make a copy available to me. If you have found your lab to be unsatisfactory then i highly recommend Interpath labs on Stevens Drive.

Was in to drop off a 24-hour urine collection jug and have some blood work done. The lady at the counter had a habit of touching her face and mouth with her hands which I thought was pretty unclean and also was not knowledgeable in what she did it took about 20 minutes to simply hand over a jug then sat in the chair for a single blood draw I have large veins in my arms and have never in 60 years had anyone have any issue drawing blood she completely missed on the first arm try to get on the second arm with success I'm a cancer patient and have had more blood draws than I could count this one was slightly painful for a couple hours after the draw.

The staff is incredibly rude and dismissive; a common theme in these reviews. The facility is disgusting. The bathroom full of wet wipes that people use on their genitals before giving a urine sample.

Didn’t get welcomed/greeted after I came in saying Good morning. I was trying to be nice but the front desk girl was so rude to me for no reason. Gave me my breath test in the waiting room. And would talk to me like if I was a child in front of other visitors/patients. They couldn’t even answer simple questions I had.

I was just there at 7:45am and the place was packed standing room only! The girl at the desk was very stressed and quite rude! I believe she needs help, this place should be staffed better at this s time of day when people requiring fasting labs are most likely to come!

(Stevens drive location) The girl at the desk was busy helping someone, and there's nowhere else to check-in so another girl approached me in the lobby to help me so I didn't have to stand in line. Very nice young lady. Didn't even feel the needle go in, but she pulled it out like she was trying to pull a sword from a stone. It hurt like hell and I have a 50 cent (coin, not the man) sized bruise. Yikes!

Went in today. The receptionist was very rude. Cut me off several times when trying to check in. Then waived me away while I was still talking to go sit somewhere else. She treats people like dirt.

Great experience! Got the vein on the first try (unusual for me) and I didn't even feel it - no bruise either! People at the desk were very friendly andhelpful. Saw lots of bad reviews and was worried but when I told them that, they said they are under New Management (and and it shows). I got their namesso I could leave a review - so thanks Jizheny and Shay - keep up the good work ?

I used to go here in the past and got good service. Recently the front desk people were rude. And I decided not to get my blood drawn here after observing one of the staff vaping outside the building.
