Anyone coming into this surgery center is scared and nervous. I am thankful for this staff and they're understanding. My medical staff was direct with no nonsense about my condition and what treatments routes to take.Surgery anywhere near the bum is scary. This group understands and is here to help.Let's get through this poopy situation together.

I had surgery 10/31/2023 6 days ago. My experience at the fist appointment was okay the doctor seem like he was in a rush so I didn't feel comfortable asking many questions. I was scheduled for gallbladder removal and went home. The day of my surgery I was very nervous but the nurses the where there were so sweet and it help it to calm my nerves. I went in came out And went home. This is when the issues start...The pain medication the doctor prescribed did nothing for my pain the first 3 days after the surgery I was in so much pain the I could barely walk a nurse called me and asked how I was doing I let her know I was dealing with the pain still and she said call the surgeon office and let them know what's going on so they can prescribed another medication. So I call next day and let them know I need it something else for the pain the person who I talk to said they will let the doctor know so he can send a different prescription (that never happen) I also asked for a work letter because my boyfriend was taking a whole week off to be here with me to help me because I wasn't doing good. Vanessa surgeon Brandon B. Bunnage, DO assistance called me to let me know the doctor only gives 3 days work letter. Because I only need it the day of the surgery and 2 more days to recover and be back to normal (the if you ask me is ridiculous everybody reacts different we should be able to have at least a week of recovery) I'm a mother of multiple kids and I can honestly say the this surgery it's been the worst and had put me down completely and I can't believe the a surgeon thinks 3 days is enough to be back to normal. So my boyfriend still stay home but he won't be able to get sick leave pay for the other 2 days because surgeon says 3 days only. So this creates a big issue for me. Financial for my boyfriend and health wise for me. I'm on day 6 unavailable to even get up of my bed by myself I can barely walk to the bathroom and the pain is still there not as bad but I 100% know I'm not able to go back to my normal routine that's crazy.Anyways I don't recommend Brandon B. Bunnage, DO at all.He also told me to eat whatever I wanted after the surgery the I had no food restrictions but for what I know you should have one atleast for the first weeks but I mean he believes we can go back to normal 2 days after surgery ? let's us get more sick because the liver won't be able to keep up for a reason we need our gallbladder remove!!! Food choices!!!Anyways the 3 starts are for the nurses at the surgery place the surgeon don't deserve any

We’ve had multiple experiences with Kadlec. Dr. Mullholand with labor & delivery was amazing - 5 stars. The nurses in labor & delivery - 5 stars. Dr. Droesch + his team in general surgery - 0 stars - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If you can avoid the receptionist Angie, I would do that. She is highly unprofessional and does not care about patients at all. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I would say to offer training, but from the other reviews I see that she hasn’t changed. Something that is so personal as a patients life and health, the office should have people that understand this.

Hands down least professional nurses assistants ever. Had a procedure done here and Angie was not helpful in the slightest when I called and had some questions.Very rude and so are the ones that answer the phone. Now if you read the other reviews you’ll read the same. It’s a shame those women think they can talk to people in that manor. I think the next meeting should be on basic human communication. Seems they hire just anyone for this job.
