Went in for a walk-in and was given service immediately, Outhong was my stylist, and she was incredibly personable and patient with me! I had a vague idea of what I wanted, and she did an absolutely fantastic job turning that idea into the exact haircut that I wanted but had a difficult time explaining, haha. We had a lovely time chatting and I would definitely recommend her services! Thank you, again!

I had an amazing experience today from Bay! I feel like I always go to get my hair highlighted from other salons and it never comes out how I want. I’m always feeling disappointed. So thankful I was referred to Bay. I left feeling completely satisfied with my highlight. Bay listened to what I wanted and executed it! It was quick and easy and I was on my way ? I highly recommend Bay!

Kodi is phenomenal! She has been cutting my boy’s hair for years and has always done an amazing job. My son is usually quite shy around strangers, but her warm demeanor helped him overcome his shyness. She also colored my hair beautifully.
Recently, my daughter returned from a vacation with her grandparents, and her hair was a tangled mess. It was so bad that I thought we'd have to cut it all off! She has long, beautiful, thick hair, and Kodi managed to work through the knots with such care, making my daughter feel comfortable throughout. She was able to save so much of her hair and gave her a cute cut! I'm so thankful for Kodi and highly recommend her for all your hair needs. You won't be disappointed!

I went in almost two weeks ago and had my hair cut by a sweet lady named Kodi. She was professional, polite, personable, she listened to what I wanted and I left with a fantastic haircut. I will be returning to this salon and booking another appointment with Kodi. I highly recommend her services.

I booked a same-day appointment with Kodi and had a great experience. She trimmed my hair and added a fun design to my under shave. I was very happy with how my hair turned out, and I really enjoyed talking to her! I’ll definitely be back.

I've been going to Keene edge salon since they opened (8 years ago) only seen Ashley Thomas the owner and never been disappointed! They always been welcoming and kind. She does an amazing job!! Hands down the best hair salon in tri cities

I choose this salon on a whim as I was tired of the lack luster service of where I had been going for years. Kodi was so nice, friendly and professional. I was confortable and got the exact color I was hoping for. She kept conversation going the entire time. Will definitely be booking her when it is time to do a touch up.

I was just passing through the area and needed a haircut. I had the great fortune of finding Ashley Thomas at Keene Edge Salon. Ashley did a great job of fixing my last cut. She understood my cryptic explanation of what I wanted. She was friendly, professional and is someone I would definitely recommend.
