Wow! Our VW Vanagon broke down and we needed A new wheel bearing! We hobbled in and Randy got us in and out within a half hour. Excellent service and a friendly face! Thanks Randy!!! Thanks Les Schwab!!!

These guys are the best, seriously. Went in expecting to pay a thousand dollars to replace an inside dually RV tire. They pulled it all apart, a bit under staffed, so it took about three hours, looked around in some service vehicles and found a rigid extended tire valve and got me on the road for under sixty dollars. Talk about coming out of a high-stress situation on a high note, we were elated to say the least. Les Schawb Tire continues to amaze me and I've been a customer for thirty years or more.

Was told 1.5 hours for a tire rotation. Still sitting here 3 hours later. They get defensive when I ask about it.

Absolutely horrible experience, went in to get 4 tires mounted and they managed to strip out all 20 wheel studs to the point that one wheel nut wouldn't even go back on. Then they handed me someone elses wheel nut. after confronting the manager Marcus he said he spoke with his guys and they said they didnt do anything. yet i stood there and watched them go straight from the impact to the wheel stud without hand starting my wheel nuts on. and even after i told them dont tighten my wheel nuts to 185psi like they said the book told them to even though i have after market wheel and told them to put them on at 75psi they did whatever they wanted anyways. Marcus is a horrible rude manager and his employees are incompetent. my experience was so bad that i even looked up the CEO of Les Schwab and contacted him to tell him how bad my experience was and he said he would look into it. However at the end of the day i had to pay a shop to replace all my wheel studs because my wheels wouldnt go back on my car after they touched my vehicle. If you care about your car dont let these stupid grease monkeys touch it. -20 stars out of 5.

They were wonderful about fixing our tire. It turned out it had two holes in it and we came back for a second repair and they fixed that one also and made sure that was the last hole. There was no charge on any of this work and they were wonderful about all of it. We are on a trip from Kentucky and this is a rental car we picked up in Bozeman Montana heading to Seaside Oregon. They made sure we could be confident for our 300 mile trip.

I have a very good experience at this location. I booked an appointment online for 12 PM for a tire rotation and a mounting and balancing and they were done with the whole operation by 12:20 PM very satisfied.

Les Schwab got my tire rotation and full inspection done in under an hour — super quick and professional. Toyota of Tri-Cities told me it would take 3 hours for the same thing. Huge difference in service. Appreciate how efficient and friendly the employees are!

I came in for an oil change and a tire-rotation. They said they wouldn’t rotate my tires because they were snow tires (which they aren’t and clearly say “allow weather tires” so idk what the deal with that was) and immediately tried to sell me new tires right then. Overall, the experience was not a horror story or anything, but since they’re definitely not cheap, I’m going to look for a store that is has more communicative and competent service in the future.
The oil change was fully synthetic too even though I forgot to specify that…so that was good at least.

Well I had an appointment them telling me it would take about an hour. Dropped my vehicle off. Called them 2.5 hours later. I’m next in line. 1.5 hour later my vehicle still not touched. Waste of my time.

Absolute joke of a shop. Customers service is probably the worst I've encountered in years. Will never step foot in a les schwab again and will make sure all family members going forward find any place else to go.
