I had an excellent experience at Les Schwab. They got my car in quickly to remove a bolt from my tire and did it at no cost—something I really appreciate.
Cristine was amazing. She was handling a difficult customer but still managed to check me in smoothly and professionally without missing a beat. Her attitude and efficiency confirmed my decision to switch to Les Schwab from another nearby dealer.
My only recommendation: when a screw, bolt, or nail is removed, it would be great if the team showed it to the customer. I wanted to see if the bolt came from my garage or the road.
Overall, the service was outstanding—10 out of 10. Thank you!

Jason is THE MAN, went in for to get a realignment because mine was in pretty bad shape. Originally my right rear was so rusted it wouldn’t budge but Jason was able to get it done. Great hospitality from everyone there and I’ll make sure to come back here if i have any issues.

We were hearing a loud clicking noise from the right rear of the car and were concerned that it might be a major safety problem (and maybe major expense). The technician at Les Schwab quickly diagnosed the problem as a minor adjustment and lubrication needed to the brake system which was performed quickly and at no cost as part of their “Lifetime tire and mileage program”.
This was not an exceptional experience at Les Schwab, it was TYPICAL of our experiences there. It is why we have for many years bought our tires, batteries, and had our maintenance work performed by them. And will continue to do so.

Hard working crew with good attitudes... we take all of our vehicles here for tires and suspension related issues. Matt's experience and professionalism are underrated. If he couldn't repair it, he knew where to start looking. Also, fantastic waiting room.

The staff here are friendly and honest. I was planning to replace my struts at this shop, but one of the team members suggested I check with my dealership first. Thanks to his advice, I ended up getting them replaced for free at the dealership. He could have easily taken the business, but instead, he looked out for my best interest. I truly appreciate his honesty and genuine help!

Tire had a puncture. I was a walk in and was estimated 90 minutes until complete. Done in 50 minutes. Didn’t charge for the puncture repair which I was surprised. Great experience. I shopped at Home Depot across the street during that repair time. Thank you!

Kristen at the front desk, provided prompt and friendly service. Justin explained everything that was going on with my car and outlined the options for service.
Everything was explained thoroughly and the service was quick. Highly recommend.

I took my truck here for a pre trip inspection and I was very happy with the service. Dakota was the tech that looked everything over and he was really informative and thorough. The inspection was free, and they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I’d definitely recommend this location to others.

Free tire air check was not expected! I am 9mo pregnant and I have been struggling to do the basics, I was dreading checking my back tire pressure since one was low. Luckily I have tires from here and I drove up to (hopefully) have someone help and saw that “free air check” sign! Absolutely love service like this, if only the world was this helpful. Billy helped me I believe! Very good energy, thanks again I will forever be a fan now!

As stated by other reviews. Quoted 30 minutes and two hours later I was told still two back. Went to tire pros a few minutes away. Mounted and out the door in minutes. They even had to go to the warehouse to get it. Also, $100 less for the tire. Why would you pay these clowns more for same tire and crappy service. LS used to be awesome but that is a thing of the past. Nothing stays the same I guess. I had several issues with them lately including a very dangerous mistake that could have cost lives. I complained to corporate about that one and frankly they could care less.
