I have spent 3 years looking for the perfect living room furniture. Within minutes of walking into Macy's Furniture, I heard my daughter exclaim, "There is your couch." I turned around and fell in love. The saleman we were working with, Charlie, was absolutely amazing. He answered all of my questions and quickly brought out a measuring tape. All without any push to purchase. His personality, professionalism, and knowledge were extremely refreshing.I've had my Made in the U.S.A. sofas for over a month, they are firm AND so soft, I don't know how to explain it. You don't sink, yet at the same time, the cushions are super soft with lots of give. The comfort and quality are what we're all dreaming of.Charlie is my new go-to furniture expert!

Charley Camp was AMAZING!!! We purchased new furniture from Charley. He was extremely knowledgable with all of the furniture he shown us. He was professional, patient and supportive of all of our questions. We look forward to our new furniture. I highly recommend Charley for any furniture needs. You wont be disappointed. Ask for CHARLEY...

We were lied to about the length of time it would take to ship our couch to us. We still have yet to receive it even though they told us 4-6 weeks. So when we called we were told it wouldn’t be here until DECEMBER. So now it’s month instead of weeks. Asked to talk to the guy that sold us the couch to get clarification and he never called us back. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Seems to be no reliable furniture stores in town anymore.

Purchased a sofa and warranty. What a BIG joke it has been over a year and the sofa is still not fixed. Macy's told me to deal with the warranty company they use and there is nothing they can do. Worst customer service ever. I will "NEVER" buy from Macy's again! Like I said this has been going on for over a year, still not resolved. Buyer beware, I would recommend you stay away from Macy's shop somewhere else!

I worked with Steven and placed an order for a custom Radley section sofa. The ability to choose fabrics is the best part. I read online that the Radley line is good. Anything better would be a lovesense, room and board, and crate and barrel. But those are at least 3k.

Purchases a custom seating unit, when delivered 5 pillows were a different dye lot and customer service agreed to replace all the entire units. I was supposed to hear back in 7 to 10 days. It has been 2 months with no correspondence or telephone contact. If it is not replaced, I will never buy anything from Macys again.

Macy's is a walking class action lawsuit just waiting to happen for deceptive consumer practices. I bought a couch/loveseat there. Sales guy Chris was great. Delivery was awesome (although my friend now tells me they didn't buy anything there because they wanted to pick it up themselves and Macy still charged them a delivery fee. Told her the charge is mandatory so buyer beware there.)Then I tried to make my payments. I could not get into my account online. I called the customer service site the website referred me to with a note saying issues on their end call. After hours (not my vpn, not my computer or internet at all, not MY browsers - none of that at fault) they inform me I can only access/pay my account via Google. I neither have nor need Google on this computer. Called and tried to make payment on voice mail system - couldn't take direction or understand my clear (and by now getting loud) responses. Screw that.Called customer service to make payment over the phone and they charged me $5 for the privilege. Same thing happened this month. Finally was transferred to someone who called themselves a supervisor and refused to remove the $5 charge. Now we are at 5hrs total effort and I'm done. Said to manager, fix it or I'll have them come get the furniture to which he responded, 'that's up to you.' I hung up and called the furniture store and told them to come and get the furniture.Ofc salesman is shocked and says, 'well just come in and make the payment in person.' No. 'Then set it up for automatic.' No. Why can't I chose the significantly easiest method FOR ME without additional charges? Macy's is the one not providing online service except through one browser (btw, I didn't have this problem last time I had a Macys card). Macys is not paying me and I am not their employee. Just don't charge me $5/mo on a thousands of dollar account because your IT sucks.Nothing in the contract of sale or anything else says I can only pay through Google by the way. And I pay well over minimum due.Makes me wonder what kind of side deal Macys has with google and how big is their kickback.Anyway, salesman is taking to store manager and we'll see if I hear anything. If so, I will update you. But I will continue to pursue this until they either remove the charge or pick up the furniture with a full refund including delivery fee. I'd rather sit on lawn chairs than go through this crap every month OR pay for a human already getting paid by Macys to take my money.100% not worth the hassle EVEN for a great sale on some nice furniture.FYI - this from a platinum credit card account. Crazy.

I came in on 1/31/23 with my mother. She was interested in buy some new dinning room chairs. Mark the salesman made the whole experience very unpleasant. When we came back on 2/3/23 to add 2 chairs to the order mark made it equally as difficult to have all 6 chairs delivered the same day. He said that wasn't possible. Anything's possible. Maybe mark has aged out of the Customer satisfaction business.

My husband and I purchased a sectional leather furniture that we fell in love with at Macy's in Richland. We bought the protection plan. My husband and I were not happy with some pieces of furniture because of way the pieces fit together. I called and they sent the same man out three times. He would not have the two sections replaced. There is a gap of at least an inch at the top of how they fit together. Macy's says they would not exchange anything. One inch gap is not a reason to exchange. We are not happy with Macy's and would never buy from Macy's ever again.

Discount tags should be honored. It is otherwise called a scam (bait and switch). Dishonest.

Avoid this store. They try to scam you with big 'Sale' signs that they don't honor when you're trying to purchase. Delivery fee is yet another ripoff (the stores next door deliver for a third of the price). The manager (Travis) seems to be running a tight ship (that consists of a big scam). I ended up buying a couch (didn't have time to waste) at full price on Black Friday, even though they overcharged me by about 600 bucks (relative to the price indicated on the tag). Maybe im a s***** - don't be like me. Black Friday? More like bait and switch day...

Do NOT buy the warranty! It's a scam. They told me it covered anything and everything. I had some damage done to the sofa I bought and they refused to cover it, with zero explanation. It's even listed under things they cover, yet they still refuse. Won't tell me why. Complete waste of money!
