Got a phone call to let me know the prescription would be a couple of days and when I was confused since it wasn’t the pharmacy I am use to she was very demeaning and condescending. My mistake was assuming the phone call was just to let me know of the delay in prescription. When I got the text to pick it up it wasn’t at my pharmacy and when I called back she again was very rude and told me she thought, “it was implied yesterday” with the phone call. I never received the address or was told this prescription would be at a different location than the pharmacy I told my pediatrician. In fact I had to ask to get the address when I called the next day. I don’t understand why there was so much hostility when I was just a confused mother trying to get some clarification. As someone who has had to have specialty medication made elsewhere and then shipped to my pharmacy of choice I didn’t think was warranted of treatment like this.

I love Malleys. Anne has a great selection of gifts, clothes, candies, vitamins, meds, and great prices too. I just bought this painting a couple weeks ago! And in case you didn't know, her prescription prices are very competitive as well and i get personal service from people who really know me. They are family?

Malley's has a nice shop and every time I have been in, their staff has been polite and easy to work with.If you have the need for a Compounding Pharmacy, I highly recommend Malley's!

They are such a great pharmacy. I always receive such great customer service from them. They're NOT like those big brand pharmacies where you're just a faceless customer they can extract money from. I always feel welcome every time I call or step foot inside their store.

Anne and her team have been very attentive to my medication and prompt when I need a refill. I love the personal attention they give you as opposed to the big pharmacy feel you get when you go elsewhere.

Ane at Malley's went above and beyond for myself and my son. My son has a complex heart condition and he relies on a medication that only they can provide. The pass was closed and she had his medication flown over! She and her staff truly care, and understand the trails that come with having a medically complex child.

This pharmacy gave me the run around. Wasted 3 hours of my time while I was sick and needing my medication. Then called and said that they couldn't fill the Rx because it was from an out of state doctor. They had the medicine in stock but refused to fill for me. I think they were discriminating against me.

Thanks for helping me last year! Anne suggested adding zinc, Vitamin D, B, and C to help boast my immune system, when COVID first started. I took it faithfully for a year and when I contracted Covid last month I had a very mild case. I think my boosted immune system worked! Thank you Anne!
