So, my car was here for over one year. I finally went in and told them that I was going to tow my car somewhere else. Mysteriously, in one week it was “fixed”. This cost me $4,000. Well one week later, I couldn’t drive it on the highway without hazard lights because I barely could get it to 45/50 mph. I took it to a friends garage and the diesel pro said that if I kept driving, it would be a $8,000. Plus, the owner said some very unkind things to me and my father in law. Horrible place. 0/10 recommend.

7/17: Haha to your first point...regarding dying at the table due to a doctors limited abilites, id sugguest some doctors are better than others and to go to the one with a higher success rate...
All I know is I came in and called John 3 times expressing I'm certain it's a transmission issue. I trusted your ability in being able to diagnose if the transmission was toast BEFORE performing the $1600 Valve Body test. Then after it was complete, you confirmed it was a transmission issue and then quoted another $7000...every person I speak to, with transmission issues don't even touch $7000 and you quoted me $9000. Got it done for $5700 at american today after 3 weeks with you. In short, if id gone straight to American Transmission, my cost would be $5700 and not +$9000...not sure how I became the bad guy in all of this...?
You seem like a good guy and I would still bring my car to you for something less complicated, like AC, but absolutely not for transmission issues. Nothing to be ashamed of there are just places who specialize in this space and you aren't one of them and it cost me $1600 to find that out.

Took my durango there for a water pump replacement, they informed me what they recommended because the pump going out caused other issues. They were very helpful and I feel reasonably priced but on the high end, of course if u want quality work you pay quality prices. Overall pretty satisfied

Very bad experiance. Brought my vehicle in to have ignition interlock installed. At drop off my car had no check engine light and was running perfect. Was told they couldn't do the install because the car wouldn't start "all this sudden" and needed crankshaft position sensor replaced for something like $275 give or take. Then possibly more $ if they found another problem. I went and picked up my vehicle and asside from a dead battery It started up just fine with no dash lights and no problems. Wouldn't be able to trust them or there diagnosis in the future

Called to get a estimate for a routine transmission service on my 2010 S4 that is to be done every 40k miles. When I called they said that they would not give me a estimate as they don't give estimates over the phone. I could understand this if I called to get a estimate for repair, not for routine maintenance. On top of that they said the only way they would service my car is if I paid $150 for a inspection. Absolutely ridiculous! Obviously they are just trying to grab money every way they can.
I will just take my car to Audi of Tri Cities where they will do routine maintenance without a $150 inspection and provide a loaner.
Don't waste your time with this scam shop.
