Ruby was great to work with even though we didn’t make a purchase. Honest gal and very easy to work with, I recommend you go work for a company with integrity, honesty, and ethics. When it came the finance manager Steven, that guy is a piece of work. Thanks to him not only did McCurley lose a deal, but a customer, and a sale for Ruby. Way to go! Steven reminds me of a little kid that throws tantrums if he doesn’t get his way. His demeanor and attitude towards us after we refused to provide our social security numbers because we were cash paying customers. Way to be shady, you do not need SSN for cash purchases! He stated there’s a company policy that requires it but when I asked for it, he couldn’t pull it out of nowhere. Exactly my point, there’s no policy it’s your own made up policy to pull customers credit.

I called 5 times before I finally got someone to answer the phone. when it was finally answered I had to leave a message for the service departmen. they never called back after 4 hours. I called again and got the service manager and asked him if he got my message. He tells me he was to busy to check his messages. I made an appointment to have my recalls on my 2022 Honda Passport repaired. It will be over 6 weeks before they can do it. the service department is just horrible!!! I should have read the reviews before I purchased from them. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere before buying from this dealershi.

We have always serviced our CRV here and had good service. Also recently purchase a new vehicle and had a great experience. Go to McCurley Honda and ask for Josh. He will take care of you like he did for us.

I went to this dealership not actually expecting to find anything. I was looking at other cars and wasn't planning on getting a Honda.However! Victor was so helpful! I told him what I was looking for, the price range I was looking for, and he found me my car. In perhaps 10 minutes. Great experience overall. I would recommend this dealership to my own family.

Victor was very helpful when helping us choose which model of the Honda Pilot that would work best for us. He even took the time afterwords to walk us through how to use the Car Play feature. Very kind guy and staff was very friendly.

Good & fast experience when purchasing car. Salesman & financial support treated us well. It is now 2 months later that I am having trouble with my 2023 civic’s battery. Brand new car, with failing battery is not very good to hear, I do not feel safe taking my kids in this car if it is going to leave us stranded far from home again. I called Service and they couldn’t get me in until a week after I started having trouble with my car, I took my car 2 days before appointment because it is pointless having it parked and waiting, got a call until late night same day to tell me that it is a special battery it needs and it will not be in the shop until a week after… no loaner car available, I live 1hour away from dealership… Car is not very reliable + slow service…

The management team sucks! I worked with my sales agent for three weeks! Car was on the truck, sent me pictures! Awesome! They open at 8! Was there at 0755!, to get “Our” vehicle. Really, had a customer on the vehicle that we three weeks for, sorry! Then, an hour later they are wafting, come and get it, nope, changed their mind, your out. My response was dirty! That you Cruz! You were professional! I’m sorry, but I would never by a car from this dealership!

I took my 2022 Honda Civic in because all of the lights on the dash came on one morning. I had an appointment for Thursday morning, before Labor Day. They said it needed a computer update, and I should never need one again. The very next morning, all of the lights came back on. I took it back Friday morning, and they (service manager ZACH) said that whoever did the computer update yesterday had forgotten to save it. So it had to be redone. I waited in the waiting room for it to be finished and went about my way. I live two hours away and by the time I got home the lights came on again and I have been calling since the Tuesday after Labor Day and no one will return my call. Today is September 19th, I have left several messages and my husband has called and left several messages for Zach specifically and no one will return our phone calls. This is quite possibly the worst cust service I have experienced at a car dealership. If you have any choice, do not take your car here for service and do not buy a car from them because they will not honor their service contracts. They are an embarrassment to Honda.

these guys.....bought my wife a 2022 civic and after a few months when she started it up the dash was light up with all the warning lights.no a big deal all cars have glitches...while in the tricities area she took it in they said all it needed was an update.so they did the update and what do you know its still doing the same thing.since we live out of town and they are the closest dealership...thought we would call to schedule an appointment to have it diagnosed.after two weeks of calling the service department...which never answered the phone once after multiple calls daily,would never return calls after leaving multiple messages daily. the sales department may be good but the service department sucks at best. finally had to call another dealership to have the car fixed.

Have been taking our Hondas to the service department here for 18 years. The last year customer service has gotten terrible!!! On two separate occasions (4 months apart) we have dropped off our vehicle for assessment/repair only to go hours and hours and even days without hearing from anyone about the status of it. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone in the department, the phone constantly goes to voicemail, and those voicemails are never returned within the same day or two. The rare time they did finally call, they did not call my cell as I explicitly asked them to but instead called my husband’s cell which he does not get reception on while at work. It is very difficult to plan your days when you literally have no idea when you may get your vehicle back or hear about what is going on with it. Guess it’s time for me to find an actual mechanic shop for future needs.Edited to add that one week exactly since we paid $500+ and got the vehicle back, it is having the Exact Same Problem. Called service department and got voicemail…

I do not recommend this dealership for service. I dropped my car off in the morning for an oil change. They said it would only take a couple hours. No one ever called, so I called to follow up several times and couldn't get through to anyone. Each time I called, after no one would answer in the service department, the phone would route me to someone offsite who could only take a message and tell me that someone would call me back. Now it's been over seven hours and I have no idea if I can even get my car back today even though I really need it tomorrow. Very dissatisfied with the lack of communication. They should do better.

I have always purchased vehicles from this dealership and so has my son. We have always had a positive experience with the sales staff, management and service department. They take good care of us and I will continue buying my Honda’s here.

Just bought a Honda Touring Victor was absolutely great from start to finish. An overall great experience without hassles. Everyone was extremely polite and honest which is important when making such a large purchase.
