“I didn't notice the time and was late for my babies appointment. I turned to a lady and asked if she can save my basket until I return. I didn't get her name but she was so kind about it and she said she would store my basket into the fridge for me and directed me to go to customer service when I come back. When I came back, Darlene was at the customer service and she was super sweet and instantly called to check if my basket was in the fridge for me and as I was waiting, Joanna was busy with her job but still turned and acknowledged me to let me know my basket will be out shortly. Kind and sweet gestures, go a long way. Thank you to the lady who saved my cart in the beginning (sorry I didn't get your name) Darlene and Joanna for just being great customer service employees!”
