Me and my cousin came in early in the morning today we were greeted nicely and got worked on right away! Fast service and everyone was very nice! Definitely will be coming back.

When you’re used to the best, a place like this is quite a let down. No coffee, no massage, but costs the same as my salon in Seattle that does offer those things. Crappy, rushed manicure that’s falling apart after just 5 days. I won’t be going here again, even if they are the only place open which is why I went there in the first place. I should have stuck with my personal rule of not going anywhere that’s less than 4.5 stars. This place is far from it and I learned my lesson.

I have been going to nails 2000 for about four years. I have always been met with friendly faces. I have always been happy with my manicures and my pedicures.

I called in ahead of time to ask if they had a space available, they said "yes". Turns out I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes. Other people came after me and were helped faster, the guy who did my nails didn't even bother to check his work, my nails have literally spots without color. First & last time there. I was charged $85 for a full set and a regular pedi, the space was a bit dirty

I just moved from Arizona and was going to a different place who did a ok job, but was so expensive I find this place and gave it a shot. I'm soooo glad I did. Not only are they super nice, and clean, they are insanely affordable and do an amazing job. I got a fill and design on my last two visits and it was only 42 to 45, which is beyond reasonable to me. They take their time and are great at what they do. Definitely my only nail shoot from here on out. The other great thing is they take appointments, but are more than happy and accommodating to walk ins is as well.

I had an overcharge and Sam resolved the problem. He is kind and I respect that he made the effort to contact me and explain what happened. I can say the customer service is professional and I feel I've been treated fairly.

Second time getting a pedicure somewhere in Tri cities and so far it’s my favorite. A few people who seemed like regulars came in while at my appointment and they all seemed to be having a good time too so I definitely plan on coming back.

Paid for gel and every single nail the polish is literally peeling off!! As much as it costs to have this done only for the gel to peel completely off is unacceptable
