The first thing that was really unprofessional is when I went to get my manicure and I was sitting in the chair and she started on my toes and she got my cuticle really bad and I know it was bleeding because it looks super red and sore now the second thing is when I was being rushed at the end of my service and I didn’t even get my fill. They just put like 10 coats of polish on my nails and they look super bad, as you can see they look thick coated and lumpy 💩

My nails were Overally filed down to the point that my nails are super thin when taking off the acrylic nails.My nails are all messed up from it.

The man who served me gave a poor massage lasting only a few minutes. I expected more. if you just want to sit in their massage chairs, and get your toenails painted, then you will be fine with the $35 charge. But my favorite part of a pedicure is the foot and massage. Also minimal foot smoothing. It wasn't a very nice experience.
Cleanliness: No plastic tub covers.

Im absolutely disgusted with this place. I went to get my nails done for my wedding. Showed her the picture of what I wanted and she said yeah we can do that.... The nails are almost nothing like the picture and they charged me $80 for this garbage. My wedding is in less than a week and I now have to go pay to get them fixed ??? if you're not confident in something for a paying client.. just freaking say so.

Went into this salon on a whim (I usually get my nails done elsewhere) I was greeted immediately and told I could have my nails dipped in 10 minutes. I sat down immediately and the technician was friendly and capable. It has been three full weeks now and except for the nail growth.... my nails are perfect! No chips, breaks or separation! I have a new place to get my nails done!

Well. First of all i knew they were talking about me for changing my mind after she was out of the color marble nails i wanted. Made me uncomfortable and irritated. She jerked my hands and fingers the entire time. The glitter powder was so old its yellow compared to the display that was transparent - her nail work is great tho. Only plus.

Went to get a set of acrylic nails taken off and instead of soaking them off they used a nail tip to slide between my natural nail and the acrylic to rip them off. As well as sliding the nail clipper in to snip off as much as they could. It really hurt, and at one point they accidently went under my natural nail causing my nail to bleed. The nail clipper also sliced my natural nail down to the nail bed on another finger. After all my nails were super thin and tender to the touch.

Excellent customer service! My daughter and I made an appointment for a mani/pedi and they were so busy they were delayed getting us into our time slot. They were very apologetic, were honest about their mistake and proceeded to take very good care of us (once we got in)! They comp'd my daughter's nail art/designs and even brought her a quick snack! Thank you to the staff of Regal Nails! Awesome service and very good work!!

The lady did an amazing job with the art and shape. I went in to get a new set, they don’t soak acrylic off!!! They used a nail tip, which is very damaging to your natural nails and not to mention it hurt like hell!! They do it the cheap and quick way. I will not be returning and DO NOT recommend this place for anybody, and I am currently practicing acrylics on myself.Services: Nail extensions

Not happy especially since it cost a ton. My nails are crooked and they got filled to short. She was in to much of a rush. Not coming back.
