The pharmacy team at Rite Aid on George Washington Memorial Highway is absolutely outstanding! They are always super careful, helpful, and professional in everything they do. They take their time to address any questions and make sure you feel confident and informed. What really stands out is how they consistently go above and beyond to help their customers. It’s clear they genuinely care, and it shows in their exceptional service. I love this pharmacy team and couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Thank the universe for Emily in the pharmacy! I pick up medications for my youngest brother, who insists on using the Rite Aid on George Washington Way, even though we live in West Pasco. He has six different prescriptions each month, and they have been scattered out to different days of the month, necessitating multiple trips just to pick up a single prescription. I explained my problem to Emily, and she went and spoke with the pharmacist, who pulled up the account and went over it with her. They figured out a way to combine the prescriptions so that I was able to pick up 5 of the 6 on one day, instead of five different days. I am so grateful to her for doing that; the time, energy, and fuel costs that she is saving me adds up considerably over the year. My brother is on Medicare, and other pharmacies have been barely cordial upon hearing the insurance. Emily was not only friendly, but went out of her way to help me. I understand now why my brother insists on coming here instead of any of the pharmacies closer to our house.

I went to 3 different RITE Aids and you can tell that their team is understaffed. However, Sai and Emily were amazing and tried to help with my son medication. Grateful for these 2 Individuals that took compassion on us. It's not often anymore to see anyone care about someone else's issues. Thank you so much Sai Sujana!!!

If I could I would do zero stars
Very bad costumer service also are very unprofessional very inconsiderate about patients that really needs their medicine. I went in there and no body offered help instead they walk away with a really bad attitude.

The pharmacy here will just never have your prescription ready or on time. Even if you phone ahead chances are they'll ask you to come back in 30 minutes to an hour. If you're reliant on timely medicine I would use another location.

I have always loved the pharmacy. Great pharmacists and techs. My problem is the price gauging that is going on with many of the toiletries. So I am done with quick stop to rite aid on way home..... ?

Where do I even begin.... The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is for the 1 manager that understands that my son has an issue with his meds. He's 6 so understandably so. But the way the blonde foreign intern chick has treated me back to back to back, I will NEVER be using rite aid pharmacy again after today. I spoke with the manager, 2 days ago and she knew my situation, this am I call, as usual they weren't open in time, so I call 3 times and finally SHE answers. The manager told me that she'd have it ready for pick up this am knowing I have appointments and school and other stuff, low and behold, the blonde chick tells me I can't pick up till noon???? Like wth. She order over 300 so that I wouldn't be shorted or screwed but here I am being told they are out and I have to wait. First they do not communicate, they never open on time, and they are all judge-y, rude, women, on top of that I try to ask a question as I was told otherwise 2 days ago and she has the audacity to hang up on a customer. I am calling head quarters to file a formal complaint. I'm tired of mistreatment, judgement (they aren't doctors), and everything else. So I am telling you now, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! They are terrible, rude, condescending women.

Arrived to the pharmacy at 7:30pm. I was hoping and praying the pharmacist would fill my prescription cus I was going out of town the next morning...they close at 8pm. She filled it for me!! They are seriously the very best!!

I've had good experiences here picking up meds and getting vaccines. Got a flu and a booster today and they were wonderfully efficient admistering them! The pharmaceutical staff are friendly! :)

The pharmacy staff at this location are wonderful!! It is my go to place for all vaccines. The store staff is also great and the store is very clean. I sincerely hope this location remains open!
