Ran in to buy some birthday wrap and a couple more items this morning. Tracy gives excellent customer service! She is very helpful, greets everyone who comes into the store, and a hard worker. I wish her all the best in her career!

This has to be one of the worst run pharmacies in town. I signed up for automatic refills and messaging. So every time they send me a message telling me my prescriptions are ready, they never have all of them done at the same time, even though I have only picked them up all together, and every time I go in they tell me they have to order them and they will be ready in a few days, every time this happens. I found someplace that respects my business and treats me like I'm a customer that matters.

Bankruptcy was hard on Rite Aid, this location is no different. Empty shelves, few staff. Better to go elsewhere until they can right their ship.

Please go else where I’m warning you this is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too just got back from the emergency room because they did not have my pills ready four days in a row! My heart medication must be taken everyday I almost died. Luckily the emergency room doctor was patient and understanding and got me a new prescription for a different pharmacy that got filled right away! Thank you Costco pharmacy! I will be contacting my lawyer…

I love going to rite aid for my over the counter needs they always offer bogo and their store brand is exactly the same as the name brand but at a better price.

Always a great experience here the employees and Store Manager is really fantastic there always friendly and willing to help I don’t know about the pharmacy as I don’t use it but the store in general is always clean and front store staff is awesome

Stopped by here the other day. It was snowing and mid-morning. The parking lot was empty. Maybe one customer. Saw the pharmacist, Laura. Laura clearly hates her job. Even though she was one of 3 pharmacists working, she decided not to assist, but rather to wander around the pharmacy pretending to be busy for 20 minutes. It was more than obvious she was not doing actual work, brushing by prescriptions, only pretending to read them; picking random items up and putting them back down in random places repeatedly. Moving around at an unnatural snail's pace. Perhaps these employees are protesting work due to a recent bankruptcy I've heard about. Either way, Laura could clearly use some encouragement in the area of accountability. Perhaps a new job. Laura likes to ruin people's days. Not a good trait for someone people have to rely on for medical needs.
