Come here all the time since it's my local Safeway. Been coming for 4 years and never fails to be extremely cold inside. Even worse during winter....why not put the heater to use?? Or better yet come up with something better so that inside doesn't feel much colder than outside! I can't shop in peace bc of how cold it is. I look around and everyone is shivering. It sucks...

At this location the store has packages of bottled water stacked up on top of each other that way the price is not showing smart. Organic produce is very bad quality and why is your dairy section out of popular products. I was waiting at the self check out to pay for packages of bottled water and two registers were closed but the people were cutting in front of me. That's freaking rude. Get a new manager or fix your store. Have been shopping at this place for ages.

SAFEWAY FLORAL I went in this morning, they had a very nice orange arrangement only thing was that the main orange roses had dry petals and were starting to droop down. So I very politely asked the lady if swapping them out with other roses was a possibility. She huffed and puffed, told me I was wrong that the roses were fine. Starting taking them out, saying things under her breath, then she asked me to come back in an hour. I told her to just go ahead and stick them back in. I wasn't coming back. So rude!!!!! I cannot believe this bitter, old woman works in customer service!

I use DriveUp & Go with Safeway. This location is my favorite because the staff is amazing! Always friendly and professional. My orders are always accurate and packed carefully. Highly recommend this location!

Five stars for the Curbside pickup staff, they are awesome and will reach out to us if items requested are unavailable to make sure we get all we need. Love the service and we'll keep coming back just for them. I am not giving five stars overall because the manager here is not good. Supposedly some results came in stating that people wanted more associates in the store for faster checkout because it can be long. This bonehead's decision... rip out lanes and install self-checkout machines and not put as many people on the registers. Topping it off, the machines are horribly slow and require you to put all the groceries on the scale at the same time unlike Wal-Marts if the machine surface gets too full. This means that if you have more than a few items, you must go to the understaffed registers. Way to listen to the surveys... and to protect your bottom line. I bet the management gets heavy bonuses for keeping the store running while understaffing it.

This is a review for the bakery. I had ordered a cake online received a confirmation email. When I went to pick up they told me there was no cake there for me and that they sometimes have issues with their online orders coming through. The nice lady in the bakery was able to get me a cake just like the one I ordered in about 15 minutes. I appreciate the effort she put in for me.

Lines are never crazy, however lately maybe due to Covid... Every time I go- no matter what day everything is out of stock. Which can be frustrating. Also I am switching pharmacies from them. The past couple of times I haven't been pleased with them.

Cheep Chicken Monday! They need to call it cheap chicken monday. went there for diner tonight. the gal behind the counter took extra long picking out my chicken. thought i was getting the good pieces. 8 pieces of chicken leather! she gave me all old stock! Also, there was a bit of a chemical taste to the chicken wings they gave me. STAY AWAY FROM SAFEWAY DELI!!

I usually go in not thinking anyone notices me. lol Always buy the same bottle. But I decided to switch it up tonight. Went to go pay and one of the cashiers already had my normal bottle waiting!! Talk about great customer service!!! Shout out to that guy!

I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service at this Safeway. I went there this morning to pick up lunch and a card for a co-worker that is having surgery. I got there around 0645 and stood at the checkout with the light on for 3-4 minutes before someone walking by noticed I had not been helped. She was polite and jumped on the register. Then, the cashier came back and took over. After talking to other employee and started to assist and said "Sorry, I was gonna pee my pants". Wow. Then, she got back off and had the other employee finish my transaction. I was frustrated because it was taking a long tine. But, I just went on my way so I wouldn't be late for work. Upon arriving at work, I noticed they had not put the card in the bag!! So, I called to see if it was there. The woman that answered. "Jen" was rude but agreed to see if the card was there. Which it was. So, I asked if it could be left at customer service and be picked up. She said yes. And did not mention needing a receipt. Just that she would make sure it stayed there. I am unable to leave work right away so I called a co-worker to pick it up on her way in to work. She agreed and went to get it around 0900. The woman working was very rude and told her she needed the receipt. So, I sent her a picture of it. She showed her the picture and the so called customer service lady slammed down the card on the counter and said "Whatever!! She better not come back and try to get it herself!" In my opinion this entire experience was ridiculous. If it wasn't across the street I wouldn't come to this Safeway anyways. They are always understaffed and it takes forever to get anything. If a one star was an option it would have gotten that!!
