Big guy with tattoos was super rude. Said there was a line when nobody was in line. Let a lady who walked into "the line" shortly after I walked up to him. Helped her and proceeded to take a break after helping her. Thankfully the guy who did end up helping me was super nice and got me my order right away, made up for the first awful encounter. Customer service needs a little help..

Recently moved to the Tri-Cities from Colorado and found the ChefStore here to be very clean, with good prices, and fresh items to buy in bulk at excellent prices. A lot of business in this area revolves around being able to make affordability, so I appreciate this store in many ways. The staff is understanding and kind, though if I had any critiques it would be a better unstanding of when stock comes in, as there never seems to be any fresh chicken available unless it's ordered directly ahead of time.
Keep up the good work USFoods!

Was so excited to see Tri-Cities had one of these stores when we moved here last year! My one stop shop for all my iced coffee needs!

I don't go here a lot but they do have good deals once in a while for what I usually buy at other grocery stores. Prices are good and they're very friendly and always help if you have any questions.

The produce section is so bad here. They most always out of things, and they leave a lot of nasty rotting vegetables on the shelf. Employees don’t seem to care at all.

This store provides food for local food vendors. It also sells food to customers direct. Nice place to buy Meat and vegetables.
